GoogleAbsolute joke of a company. One star is way beyond what they deserve. Anyone thinking of renting from this company should go elsewhere. Reported repairs needed over and over again, no help whatsoever now the house is riddled with damp and mould is growing everywhere, Landlord couldn't care less and neither could Peter Alan. Don't let the big brand name fool you.

GoogleA week ago, we arranged a valuation visit with the Pontypridd office. They indicated that their Aberdare office handled Abercynon properties. Thinking it un-necessary, we didn't call to confirm this morning and when no one turned up I called the Aberdare office. The person assigned to do the valuation isn't in today and between the Aberdare and Pontypridd offices they failed to contact us. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Expected better of a well known company

GoogleI have dealt with the lettings side of Peter Alan Pontypridd for the last 3+ years now and i will always try to pass my lettings through them. Caitlyn from lettings is amazing. She goes over and above to support me and is always available should i need assistance. I would highly recommend them. I wish all letting agents were as approachable and supportive.

He made things simple and clear from the get go, explaining everything to me and my partner brilliantly (as we were completely clueless!). He has been here for us throughout the whole experience. We would highly recommend him.

House was up for sale for 3 months with an online estate agent, and whilst it received some viewings, there was nowhere near the attention to detail received from Peter Alan. Highly recommend them, good knowledge of local area and a very wide ranging contacts book should help you sell your house with them...

GoogleTried to book a viewing a few weeks ago - no response. Had to email again to try to get a booking. Booked a viewing and then cancel 2 hours before appointment as the house is sold. None of this was mentioned when we booked. Time taken of work to make appointment and money lost due to the cancelled work. Very disappointing service. Hopefully they can sort out the communication in the future.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleHonestly I don’t know what their issue is but constant calls and voicemails from this branch asking if I need help selling my house. No I do not, I have never had a house to sell so STOP calling me. I block the numbers but yet they will call of another number. It’s harassment and over the last 4 years it’s ridiculous!

GooglePeter Alan are the most amazing housing agency ever , From the 1st day i walked into the office at pontypridd the smiles and welcome i got is amazing. Luke and Caitlyn are so friendly they where always calling and sending me mail about the house progress and finally i have moved into a lovely Apartment yesterday 😊. Honestly i saw other houses but non is half inch close to what i got from Peter Alan. My husband is so happy with the house and he said honey we will surely buy a house from Peter Alan soon....Keep the great work guy's

GoogleAwesome service, the whole process went so smoothly and nicely thanks to Rhys and Sarah.They respond quickly to all queries and they were helpful in any way they could, they even printed out a list of nurseries around the area just because we mentioned that we have a 10 months old. Couldn't ask for better service.

FacebookThey rented a property to my daughter and her partner in February and took £1700 deposit and rent from them. The house was not fit for human habitation so they gave the keys back the same day. Think they would return the money oh no lies after lies and still no refund disgraceful service my daughter and her partner are homeless and if they do find a suitable house they can’t have it because Peter Allen have their money
