GoogleThe whole team at Peter Alan have been nothing but curtious and helpful all the way through. I must mention Sarah and Rhys. They’ve both made what could have been a very stressful time for a landlord, a much more pleasant and worry free experience. Sarah especially held my hand through out and her lovely cheerful voice at the end of the phone line was very reassuring. Thank you! I will most definately use you again when the time comes.

GoogleI rate Peter Alan ponty branch very highly. Sarah cule was great with all my questions and got me a viewing the very next day. Rhys minty who showed me around the house had great knowledge of the house and had plenty of enthusiasm. During the referance stages he was very informative and answered any questions I had. Emails are answered very quickly. The whole process was positive, quick and relatively easy for a couple who have never rented before through a agency.

Lydia impressed me with her knowledge of the local market and her professionalism. When the property was ready to market, I didn't decide to go with my normal agent but decided to give Peter Alan Pontypridd and Lydia Seymour in particular a chance. This proved to be a very good decision as the property sold at just the price she predicted and exactly on the timescale. To summarise professional and nice people to do business with.

Would highly recommend if you use Peter Alan to ask for Rhys Minty he’s very polite, and really helpful, any enquiries you have he deals with fast and efficient. We had looked into other estate agents but made the decision to stick with Peter Alan as we received excellent service from Rhys. He is a credit to Peter Alan. GoogleI had viewed around a dozen proprties in the area with various agency's. Sarah from Pter Alan was by a mile the most curtious and polite agent of them all. Down to earth, very helpfull. I understand that people in this line of work must encounter charecters from all warps of life. This firm was the only one that did not make immediate prusumptions about my financial status.
