I just want to thank all the Sales team at Peter Alan at the Pontypridd Branch who managed the sale of my property. Within one month of going on the market I had an offer and the whole process of selling a property was made much easier by the staff I had dealings with (Lydia, Rebecca, Fion) . They were very professional, friendly and kept me updated every step of the way. If I had any queries they were dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend Peter Alan and would use them again to manage any future sales/purchases. Also a special thank you to Mark Wilton who arranged my mortgage and all the team at Peter Alan. Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Made our experience of buying our first home enjoyable and relaxed. Cannot recommend enough - Especially Jessica Griffiths, she was incredibly patient when we were looking around each house and arranged several viewings for us even once we had our offer accepted so we could measure up and order our furniture. Such a genuinely caring and honest Agent! Also i would like to say a HUGE thank you! To Mr Mark Wilton, honestly nothing more to say than the BEST mortgage advisor there is, i couldnt recommend him more if i tried. He helped us get our first home which is our apsolute dream home. Myself and my partner are first time Byers, so were very nervous whilst looking for our first home. We decided to use Peter Alan's mortgage advisor/broker, Mark. It was the best decision that we made. The staff at Peter Alan have been helpful throughout, keeping us updated, helping with anything that we needed and chasing things on our behalf (even though they didn't really need too). Mark was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, and we couldn't recommend him enough. He made us feel at ease, we trusted him completely and that's exactly what we needed as first time Byers. He explained every step in detail, and was available for questions (no matter how stupid they were) at ANY time. I can honestly say that I don't think we would have secured our first home and mortgage without Mark's help. Thank you all for helping us with this massive step in our lives.

I decided to use Peter Alan after Daniel came to the property and give me a lot of advice and answered all my questions professionally before I agreed to put it on the market. As a first time buyer, Peter Alan Pontypridd were fantastic! Their wonderful and friendly estate agents helped me to refine my search and eventually find my very own home. I then met and was helped by Mark Wilton through the mortgage process. Having never bought a house before and doing it on my own he was very kind and guided me through the whole process with practically no stress! He made himself available to answer all questions and queries promptly and is still, months after completion, happy to help any way he can. Highly recommend Mark Wilton the mortgage advisor based at this branch. Even though we didn't sell or purchase a property using Peter Alan we were able to use the mortgage advisor. Me and my partner have been with various letting agencies in the past, all have been horrific, but Peter Allan by far has been amazing. Both myself and my wife have property's that are now managed by Peter Alan - Pontypridd. Our experience of this office was not good. Offered on property and 24 hours later no further phone calls re offer from them despite me calling them several times for update. Seems they are slow to listen and respond to voice messages. We felt like they were not doing their best to secure a sale for the vendor or keep the buyer updated. We subsequently viewed property through another agent and found that experience swift and professional.

The team at Peter Alan, especially Lydia, was more than helpful in what ended up being not such an easy purchase. Due to the 'nature of corporate sales, the final stage of the purchase become really quite stressful and nerve racking but Peter Alan went above and beyond in their customer service and support. I would certainly recommend her services who has and is an asset to Peter Alan. Jack has also shown to be polite and informative during visits of buyers, again would recommend his services.
