GoogleAbsolutely has to be the WORST estate agents in the local area! They refuse to submit offers for properties until you are “approved” by their financial advisor, after I was so called “approved” even though I was approved by the bank! They still didn’t contact me an offer was placed 8 days ago and I had to chase them up and they said it wasn’t accepted, absolutely don’t waste your time or efforts with these people. Once the vendor had made this decision, you were advised the next working day and an explanation was provided to you. GoogleI've had the pleasure of dealing with James Douglas Estate Agency (Pontypridd Office) on two occasions, once for the purchase of a property and more recently, for the sale of my property. The service is fantastic, throughout the whole process.
The marketing that James Douglas performed for my home was second to none, with the video walk through and the high quality pictures that had attracted so much interest, which really stood the house 'out from the crowd'.
Once an offer had been accepted, Nathan and Sally continued to be so helpful, providing constant feedback and keeping the lines of communication open, which was reassuring in such an uncertain process.
Even though the house has now sold, I still find myself going back to watch the marketing video just for the enjoyment that it brings.

Nathan knew exactly the best way to sell our home. The efforts made were beyond the call of duty and they were also patient with us. It's complicated getting it right, and Nathan knew what he was doing. They are professional and the attention to detail is there. Very much appreciated; and we would recommend wholeheartedly. We will be using James Douglas next time.

Basic furniture also missing. Imagine they handed over property with damaged main door and no keys to all tenants.
