We found a house in February that we were interested in buying and are finally expecting completion on 15th November after a long wait that has been out of our hands. All round exceptional service provided by Matthew and Levi. My mother in law’s house had been on the market with another agent and hadn’t sold. Once we marketed with James Douglas the contrast was huge. We had regular unprompted updates, a succession of viewings and achieved a sale in a very quick timescale. If I ever needed information both Matthew and Levi came back to me promptly. I would wholeheartedly recommend them , and will use them again. Thanks.

This has one star as I am not able to give less. I was with this Agents back when they were still calling "Seraph Estates" (yes, same People different name). Whilst I was living in the shared housing owned by the Owner of the estate agents (Douglas) I had all the usual nightmare landlord scenarios. Boiler went and wasn't fixed for 6 winter months, I moved into my room only to find the room next to me was a building sight as he wanted to move people in before the renovation work was complete, the list goes on but nothing abnormal Just another Morally repugnant landlord. (gotta get that Money). Then the real crazy began! After about a year of living there the guy who moved into the building site room moved out, Taking with him the 24inch communal Tv. Douglas convinced himself that I had taken the TV (despite that I was the one who noticed it missing and called the police...and was still living in the building) and as a result I owed him £1800. when I refused to pay it I received an eviction order (Miss-use of the Section 21 order). so I moved out and thought that to be the end of it. Fast forward a few years and I have broken my Hand and it was in a cast so I must have seemed Vulnerable or something as whilst I am having a quiet lunch with my girlfriend, out of nowhere shows up Douglas. he sits at the same table my girlfriend and I are sat at refuses to leave and keeps asking about the money I didn't owe him, I loose my proverbial fecal matter and have to walk away from the Table before things got too heated. we only were able to get him to leave when my girlfriend agreed to call him the next day to arrange a Payment plan, (We did not do that as you would imagine), Fast forward a further 12 months and he sees me eating alone in the Rummer tafan Clearly drunk he and his friend decide they are going to ruin my meal and bully me for a bit. cornering me at the end of the bar at one point repeating himself saying (wheres my money) and going on to brag about how he has doubled his portfolio since he changed the name. I am not an easily intimidated man but he and his friend had clearly taken some dutch courage at lunch and was feeling Gangster, luckily before the situation could come to blows the chap I was waiting for arrived and Douglas and his friend clearly are not a fan of even odds as they quickly found an excuse to leave. this occurred a third time in the rummer tafan during Lunch with my friend who happens to be a solicitor, my friend asked him for proof of a debt and reminded him that as the landlord the burden of proof was on him. he realised he was out of his depth and Stumbled off.I know this is long winded but Seriously do not get mixed up with this man or any of his businesses. whist I was living in his property Seraph estates were under investigation as they had swindled an old women out of her life savings. of course the employee that signed the documents was sacked and the company changed its name, but these are the same people, make no mistake.
