GoogleAfter being on the market for a very long time with other estate agents my mother decided to try James Douglas. I must say the quality of service and professionalism has been top class. Dealing with Nathan at their Pontypridd office has been a pleasure, from the valuation, the photos he took, to communication with my mother and myself has been outstanding. Even though it’s only been on the market for a couple of weeks there was more interest than ever and now looking to close the sale. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I had to, thank you so much Nathan it’s been a pleasure.
