Placed an online enquiry (3 times) to which I heard nothing back at all. Upon calling, found out that let had been agreed. Why have an option to enquire online if nothing is done with it?

Our properties are clearly marked as Let Agreed, these are listed this way when the landlord has accepted an offer by a prospective tenant, however this is subject to referencing. We still accept enquiries on these properties should the let fall through in which you would then be the first to hear about this. We apologise that this has caused some confusion. Please do not trust these guys. They let down several students at last minutes of their accomodation process. Very bad service.....NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We are sorry that you feel this way. There were other applicants who applied for the property at the same time as you and the Landlord decided to proceed with another party. Whilst we understand that you wanted to move in quickly, your application was never accepted, so we do not agree that we let you down in the last minutes. We understand that you have found another property to rent now, though if we can be of further assistance in finding an alternative property, please do let us know.

Good letting agency, however there is times where there is failure in communication between tenants and landlords, however looking past this there are no issues.

Worst agency. At first they say student friendly but need a UK home owner guarantor with more than £50000 a year which is ridiculous.

Why waste time with other managers why do you have a trusted manager who is reliable hurry up and start your trade with Miss EVELYN JOSHUA she's the best among all. I have tried 12 of them but she proves me right and helps me gain high profit. So why don't you invest with her don't say I did not recommend her to you ,,, all I did was make the first deposit of $600 and I make my withdrawal yesterday of $7500 I'm so happy and excited please and please hurry up and start earning money for the future now I'm going to invest for my children and siblings...
