GoogleI have rented through Angelwoods Residential, letting agents around pontypool area. Particularly, I appreciate the work of Stacey who scheduled viewing for both renting and buying.. She managed the paperwork very well and I appreciate the her efforts to present my application to the landlord. In-short she is very professional and friendly.

GoogleAs a fellow estate agent I chose Angelwoods to sell a home that I didn't have time to sell myself. I needed to have trust in an agent from the get go and I got that. Jay did the initial appraisal and i was completely hands off which is what I wanted being time poor. I knew the photos would be good because he's pinched some ideas from me 😂 Sorry Jay!! Being in the same industry I know that communication is a major bug bear of clients and here I was kept up to date on progress by Paula and she was helpful all the way through the process. If you're looking for a great agent then look at Mr and Mrs Clarke South Wales (shameless plug, sorry) first then give these guys a shout. GoogleAngelwoods go above and beyond for me every time, had a leak in the bathroom in my flat and they dealt with everything, Sarah just got on with it., checking costs etc but just managed the whole thing. Very friendly too which really helps. Tenant loves them which is really important Thanks everyone, would recommend you time and time again

GoogleI totally recommend Angelwoods as they are the top quality team. Knowledgable and friendly Jay and the others are always on hand to offer advice and answer questions, plus rectify problems, such putting my former address on the housing market immediately after the sale had fallen through. Because Of their proactivity and professional customer engagement I had my house resold within 5 days. Next time I sell a house I would not waste time turning to other estate agents as Angelwoods will be my only choice of house salespeople.

GoogleAngelwoods were very good when they agents for the sale of our home. They managed the process well and were efficient and prompt. A typical review you might say but Angelwoods were so much more because people make a company. All the staff were friendly, took time to know you and were so keen to help. You could ask them any question and even if it was nothing that was their responsibility, they more than happy to go away and find the answer and quick to pass it on. It was usually quicker to ask them than anyone else. Selling through them was like having a trusted friend to help you through the confusion and always with your best interest at heart.

From Jay who took the most professional home photographs we have ever seen to Paula who couldn't have possibly done anymore to help us when our very complicated chain came very close to falling apart. The whole team went above and beyond, both Paula and Stacey have contacted us outside of office hours when we needed to speak to them. We would never use or recommend anyone else. A fantastic team of lovely people!

We were lucky enough to then find a home to buy, via them and moved forward with our Sale and Purchase via Angelwoods. I can not recommend them enough.
