I first started using Anglewoods when they had some properties to rent in the area I wanted to live. Booking viewings with them was straightforward. The appointments were on-time and they were very friendly. Due to a change in my circumstances, I was in a position to buy a property now. I found my ideal home and I was so happy Anglewoods were the agent. They already had my personal details so it was straightforward booking viewings. Their website is amazing and it even had a 3d walkthrough of the property I liked. Leading up to the viewing, at the viewing and after, they were extremely professional. It felt like they cared about my position and I do believe they did everything possible for me to be the successful buyer of my now new home. When I needed documents, help and advise after the sale, they were there at hand with no trouble. I even received a ‘new home’ greeting card when I picked up the keys. They really made my year in every way! A special mention is needed for PAULA from the Pontypool branch. She helped me right through the rental and then the buying process. She didn’t even get fed up with my constant emails and calls. I believe she did everything possible and I owe her for getting me the property, because at the time it was life changing for me. Thank you! I hardly ever leave reviews,!but I thought this company needed a shoutout!

I had a really positive experience with this estate agent, particularly Paula, who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She always kept me well informed at every stage, and her communication was excellent, calls and messages were responded to promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Paula was professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive, which made the entire experience far less stressful. We rented with Angelwoods for almost 2 years, they was great at the start, sold us a dream. The first inspection went smoothly and everything was great. Further on down the line when we would contact them it would be impossible to get hold of the person we needed to speak to as she was either ‘having her lunch break’ or she was hardly ever in. They would say they would pass on a message or get them to call us back ASAP. Which never happened. We would have to chase them down with phone calls and emails and never get a response back.

Reflection of this company, where shall we start, let’s mention the team firstly, each and every one of the members of staff at Angelwoods has blown my husband and I away, magnificent Team, even though they all have individual jobs to carry out within the agency e.g photographers, sale staff, buying staff, letting staff, administration back room staff, They were all making sure on a daily bases that any enquires worries or reassurance needed they were all on hand to help no matter how small or large the problem may have been, customers needs come first, We would highly recommend this agency, Selling was all taken care of professionally and in a very timely manner, nothing was to much, I remember I was worried about a particular issue, and at 7 o’clock in the evening, I emailed out to the team, within minutes I had a response.
