GoogleI have recently sold my house in Pontypool through Angelwoods Residential, and they have been fantastic from day 1. Paula Harris kept me updated of house viewings and feedback, and when the property was sold kept on top of both parties and solicitors to progress. The sale hit a few snags along the way, and with myself not living in the area Paula was there at every step to help resolve. She always replied promptly to emails and calls and made the whole process a lot easier. Great customer service and attention to detail, I couldn’t recommend Angelwoods and Paula enough if you are looking to sell your property.

GoogleAngelwoods have rented my property for many many years and have done so superbly. Late 2021 i decided to sell the property and luckily enough it sold very quickly to high demand. What followed of the eviction of the tenant was an utter nightmare, through no fault of Angelwoods but it was so very stressful!!! Both Paula and Sarah kept me posted on all progress of both the renting and sales side of things, they were brilliant and kept me sane during the whole process! GoogleOkay so here is the rub, we didn’t end up purchasing with Angelwoods because the vendor decided not to sell. Although this was a huge disappointment our experience with Angelwoods as a whole and the dedicated and efficient team is worth a huge shout out! From the outset, Jay was probably the most authentic and sincere estate agent one could imagine. He gave honest and sensible advice, prevented heart ruling head and was a genuinely lovely person! Equally, the girls in the office were responsive and caring, the whole process of buying and selling a property is terribly stressful and with a team like Angelwoods behind you the stress is certainly reduced. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to sell or buy

GoogleMy wife and I recently used Angelwoods Pontypool to sell our property. From the first contact with the team they have been professional throughout, friendly and courteous who oversaw all viewings and gave timely feedback. We sold our property through Angelwoods but unfortunately we had to withdraw from sale but we would like to say a very grateful thank you to all the team, Jay and especially Paula who has been invaluable during the process with her knowledge and understanding. Would highly recommend Angelwoods.

GoogleFrom initial valuation of our property to eventual completion, Angelwoods were nothing but friendly, helpful and professional. We had Jay visit us to provide a valuation, one of three that we had. He was very friendly and provided a more realistic selling price that he thought we could achieve. He also showed us details of other similar properties that had sold in the area and was thorough and knowledgeable. The house was listed very quickly through the major online portals and we really thought Angelwoods cared about our sale and it lead to us having many viewings and offers straight away! We would also like to thank Paula in the office who kept pushing the other parties along, keeping us up to date and helping us with all manner of things. She acted with complete compassion, understanding and professionalism and we thank her for her hard work. GoogleI have been asked to do this review regarding the sale of my father’s property. So may as well start at the beginning. I had 5 valuations from the local agents and 4 of them said £180k and two of them hoped they would get towards 200k. Well Jay from Angelwoods did the last valuation and without hesitation said 230k. Having listened to the other agents I was a bit sceptical but Jay assured me he would get the 230k. Well we had 4 viewing within one week and I think 3 offers, we got the 230k. To put that into prospective, compared to the other agents we had enough extra money to cover a whole year of my father’s care cost, a very big deal. As we live in the Midlands we are relying on the Angelwoods team for support and that is exactly what we got. High tech professional photography which really showed the property off, no need to chase anybody, anything that needed sorting was sorted everything absolutely seamless, just as it should be. As you can see this is a positive review and a well-deserved one. Thanks Steve

GoogleThe team at Angelwoods are amazing! I can’t thank them enough for the support and advice they gave to myself and Mum when selling her home. Paula based in the office is so knowledgeable and helpful when you call and knew who I was when I called, explained the process throughout and updated me whenever possible. Jay was wonderful when he visited the house, explaining the process, advising on the presentation of the house and presented amazing photographs and narrative for the sale. The whole team are empathetic in their approach to your house sale and it really felt like I’d known them all for years, so much so, they’re marketing my house for me this month!

GoogleAngelwoods came to our rescue after we were let down by one of the ‘bigger’ estate agents, when trying to sell my late grandfather’s house. They have been amazing since day one! Jay came out to value the house within 24 hours of us calling, the house went on the market within days, and sold exceptionally quickly. Stacey was key in making all this happen so swiftly and seamlessly! A special shout-out has to go to Paula for her support and professionalism throughout the entire process. Not living in the local area myself, we had to put a lot of trust in the estate agent to deal with matters, and Paula didn’t let us down! She has a great rapport with my family, and was incredibly understanding and supportive whilst we came to terms with the loss of a much loved family member. Paula is very knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with - a real star! I highly recommend Angelwoods if you’re looking to buy or sell a property!

GoogleWe finally received the keys to our house last week! Stacey and Paula were amazing throughout which we cannot thank them enough. Very professional, very quick responses to emails and gave advice when needed. Stacey was very patient on the viewings, we wasn't made to feel rushed or pressured or fed false information which we have had from a few other estate agents on other viewings and she very kindly let us book in for a second viewing at short notice which was a massive help to us. Paula stayed in touch through the whole process and even helped save the purchase of the house. Again we cannot thank them enough for the amazing service we received from start to finish and we would highly recommend Angelwoods estate agents.

GoogleAngelwoods were the estate agents for the property I purchased. Paula Harris was absoloutely brilliant and stayed in touch with me more than my own estate agent. From the time our offer was accepted, through to completion Paula was efficient, responded to any emails and ensured the ball was always moving. When collecting the keys Paula gifted us a bottle of wine and a card which was a lovely touch considering she wasn't even our agent! My viewing and offer negotiation was handled by Jay who was knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and honest throughout. As someone looking for an investment property specifically, Jay has been an invaluable source of information on the local lettings market. The sales progression was very professionally handled by Paula who has been friendly and quick to respond - she clearly had an excellent relationship with the vendor too which has made for a smooth transaction. Lastly I was able to collect the keys over the weekend from Stacey who was helpful and friendly. I really can't recommend the Angelwoods team highly enough and I hope to do more business with them in future.
