GoogleAngelwoods were fantastic. The team, most especially Paula and Stacey were amazing. We were trying to sell a property but lived too far away. The company showed the property, advised prospective buyers and maintained exceptional communication. The personal touch shined through especially with Paula, ensuring that the process was a smooth as possible, even when hiccups with prospective buyers occurred. Highly recommend using Angelwoods to sell your property.

Paula was a constant source of advice, always keeping me upto date. Paula was professional, friendly and very helpful at all times. There were days, I would not have got through without her advice and support, in what is a very stressful process. Weather your a landlord or tenant DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT go with these!! Not only do these not carry out proper inspections to the property which leaves the landlord with big repairs bills or angry tenants. But they also don't contact the landlord to pass on any repairs when reported, and trying to get hold of Sarah was nearly impossible as she was never in and she never returned your calls or passed on any messages, leaving you to constantly chase up which could be a good 2 to 3 weeks down the line!!! And if it wasn't for the fact we knew the landlord we wouldn't have had any repairs done. And having to also know a couple of the previous tenants of the property we rented, they also said the same and is the main reason why they left in such a short time. The one tenant actually handed his notice in but anglewoods never passed the message over to the landlord, and if wasn't for the fact that my father seen the landlord and apologised that his tenant is leaving (he lived next door) he wouldn't have known!! and when the landlord questioned them they denied all knowledge of his notice until the tenant sent them proof. So they are a nightmare to deal with and WILL leave you angry and frustrated. And going back to the not doing a proper inspection we reported the shower not working, the built in cooker was broken, issues with the electrics, boiler losing it's pressure, damp in the kitchen, bathroom plug was broken (had to turn the knob on the overflow to make the plug go up and down), the trap under the sink was leaking, radiators completely blocked with sludge and only 20% of heat was coming out. And when they were questioned by the landlord they said they only do a visual check!! Like seriously?? Wow I've never known an estate agent not to check important stuck before and I've been with loads over the years.

Karon is her name, from start to finish, she was amazing, nothing was to much to ask from her...... Even on her birthday, she went the extra mile for our family......A huge big Thank you Karon, you are the best in the west.... Well done Angelwood Pontypool.....

GoogleI dealt with Paula the entire time. They were selling the house I was buying. Paula was always very pleasant to speak to and was always happy to help. She kept you updated when she said she would. If she said she would do something, she would. Id recommend angelwoods based on Paula alone. She also was recommended to us by a friend who had also used angelwoods in the past. Thank you Paula for making a stressful few months less stressful.

GoogleFrom my first phone call to Angelwoods where I spoke to Paula about having to sell our parents property, Paula was helpful and understanding of the heart breaking decision myself and my brother had to make to sell the home where we grew up. Paula made an appointment for Jay to come and value the property for us, Jay was friendly and professional and took time to explain the selling process to us. The property was put on the market Paula contacted us to let us know about viewings and the property was sold within a week. GoogleWe worked with Paula and Stacey in buying a property in Cwmbran. Paula was brilliant in explaining the entire process, keeping in touch and also staying positive in the entire process. Would not hesitate to work with her again. Stacey was then available when Paula was on annual leave right at the completion point and again, kept us well informed and completion happened smoothly. Would recommend.

GoogleIt's rare to hear someone compliment an estate agent, right?! Angelwoods are just a little bit different. Having just successfully sold my property through them, I can't recommend them highly enough. There's an increased temptation with most things in life these days to do everything on-line. However, the knowledge of the local property market combined with a personal touch that Angelwoods offer - and crucially, deliver - was worth the additional cost to me as a seller...and is no doubt reassuring to prospective buyers. Thanks to Jay, Stacey and the rest of the team but particular thanks to the lovely Paula - who managed the sale through from offer to completion with the perfect mixture of responsiveness, charm, sound advice and positivity - a genuine joy to deal with!
