This estate agency were so efficient when making an appointment for me to view one of their properties. It was lovely that they suggested others nearby that I might want to also look at. I arrived 1/2 hour early and on ringing them, they said they’d make an effort to leave the office earlier to show me around. They are genuine in caring about me finding what I’m looking for yet also had the Seller’s interests in mind when showing me around. A genuine company that deserves to do well.

GoogleFrom the first phone call I knew I would list my house with them due to the professional and friendly way they dealt with my enquiry’s. They went out of the way to list my property promptly as we were going on holiday. Paula through the process kept us up to speed constantly , nothing was too much trouble for her and she went above and beyond. Highly recommend for a personal and professional service

We rented our property out fully managed by Anglewoods they did not renew contracts on time I had to chase them both times. Once we had left them they then rang my tenant to inform them they were coming round for the yearly inspection. Nothing gets sorted promised phone calls back that they never did I don’t know how they are still running with so many administration errors

Hi Becky, I am sorry that you failed referencing, I see by the notes that Stacey gave you this news and you requested a call back, you were actually given a call back on two occasions, voicemails left for you and requests to call the office back as soon as you could to discuss matters. I do realise you are disappointed and I understand why but your one star review is so disappointing given that we have an admin trail stating 2 call backs were given and voicemails left requesting you to call the office.

GoogleMay i say this letttings agency is unbelievably amazing i have a friend who has recently moved into one of their properties and she said the communication from the staff there was more than satisfactory. She said she was pleased with how fast the process was from when she viewed the property ,to when she was moved in . I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a property or anyone looking to buy or sell their property i heard the sales team are wonderful.
