Absolutely brilliant company, would give 6 stars if we could! Niall was amazing and always sorted things out for us as quickly as possible, answered all our silly questions and kept us up to date during the whole process. Really easy and simple to work with, no hidden costs/terms with them, would highly recommend if you're looking for a mortgage/advice on mortgages!

Compared to other estate agents, One2One are excellent. From initial contact, both ladies have been fantastic. They kept me informed, responded immediately to voicemails and actioned my request by arranging five viewings in one afternoon.Luke Saunders, for someone so young, appears to have been in the industry for years. He’s professional, courteous, welcoming and goes above and beyond naturally. He’s easy to chat to, but yet is not too forceful which would annoy me. He has a bright future ahead of him, if he continues with his dedicated work ethic. Hats off to all. Thank you kindly all!

One2one were excellent with us right from the off, Helpful and professional, Zach was on hand for any enquiry we had and all the other members of staff who helped us were very nice also, Our house in less than 48 hours and again the process was really smooth. Would not hesitate to recommend One2one to anyone.

Their pictures are far better than their competitors and they communicate well with their customers! Fantastic and comprehensive service during every part of the process. I've used One2One for my mortgage and Niall and Michael were tremendous, so had no hesitation when asking them to market my property. They were clear in explaining the process, the professional photos were exceptional and there were continuous updates throughout the process.

FacebookWe recently listed our house for sale with One2One but have been left disappointed with the service. I should firstly say that each member of staff we've spoken to has been friendly, however they generally seem to be too busy. For example, when they valued our property, they said they could go live in 2-3 days (of us instructing them), but it actually took around a week and a half. Also, one of the pictures they took needed editing (to blur out a picture of one of our children). After two weeks of waiting, they still hadn't updated this, despite us politely chasing it up twice. One2One also wanted to list our house at a higher price than we discussed in the valuation, which we were initially fine with. But after a week we decided that the price was too high, so we rang up to discuss this. A few things were discussed in the call, however at one point we were told that One2One are "prioritising" properties "that need to sell". We were told that they'd give us an update at the end of the week (i.e. we'd have to wait 5 days for answers to our question). We finally decided to switch to another estate agent so we emailed One2One to give notice, but had no reply. We chased this up when the other agent were ready to go live, but again had no reply. They were regularly posting here on Facebook though. We then called up, and were told that they had staff off on leave. All in all, it has been a disappointing experience with One2One. As I say, every individual member of staff has been friendly - but it just seems like they are too busy.

GoogleTried arranging a viewing on a property one2one had for sale as a buy2let. I emailed 3 times, rang 5 times and left 3 voicemails over the period of 8 days. On the 8th day had a call to say they weren't taking any more viewings as theyd accepted an offer today. Seems like they had a pre-planned buyer in mind.
