Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market. From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this. Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it. All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine. Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage. On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent. To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings. I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them. The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout. I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.

Don't bother with this business, i would give them 0 stars if possible. If you are currently selling your house with this estate agent i would look elsewhere ASAP They do not answer the phone. They do not respond to emails. If you are a seller, please avoid as you will lose potential buyers We were told by Megan that she would not pass on our offer to the seller unless we provided her with the full survey report, she even went as far as to misquote GDPR guidelines in an attempt to get the documents for free. After calling around we have now found out that this company is known locally for their bad practices. EDIT - I got a call back from them within 30 minutes of leaving this review, it seems like if you need to get hold of them, a bad review will be the fastest way to do it.

We tried to re-mortgage using their mortgage advisors a couple of months ago. The initial meeting was great, a WhatsApp group was setup to discuss and it seemed very positive. We told them that we wanted to get it done relatively quickly, as our new mortgage rate was coming within the next couple of months. We didn't have any feedback from them, so we reached out on the WhatsApp group. Turned out the person had left the company, but we hadn't been informed. We were then told we would have some new searches done and sent over to us. I hadn't been sent any new mortgage search results for some time, so I chased up over email and the WhatsApp group - I was promised I would receive some. Nothing. Months went by and we were getting dangerously close to our re-mortgage due date. We received no further information from One2One, so we went elsewhere - where a different company (Mortgage Advice Bureau) sorted us out immediately and the whole deal was closed within 10 days. 1.5 months after we re-mortgaged, Amy reached out to me on the WhatsApp group, letting us know a deal had just expired. I informed her that we had gone elsewhere as we were not getting any responses, so she sent me a rude message back, saying she had been searching 'tirelessly' for us (absolutely not true). Terrible service from One2One, I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Definitely go elsewhere.

Me and my partner were looking to buy our first house late last year. We looked at many different mortgage advisers and come across One2One. We dealt with Niall who went above and beyond for me and my partner. I asked so many stupid questions where I didn’t have the understanding and Niall was always to hand answering any and all questions in depth. He also helped us get the right mortgage for us. It’s been almost a year on since we’ve taken out the mortgage and moved in, we haven’t had any hidden charges and all bills were discussed with Niall. My property has been on the market with One2One for a few weeks and there have been several viewings already. Zac and his team have been fantastic from the start, sending me emails and text messages advising me of viewings and feedback at every opportunity. My property went on the market with another online agent last August 2019 and they just sat back and did nothing. I strongly believe that the quality of the photographs have contributed somewhat towards the number of viewings that have taken place so far, as they have really shown the property at it's best. I'm now alot more positive that the property won't be on the market for too long. I would not hesitate in recommending One2One to sell a property as they are a local agent who can give a very personal and efficient service.
