One2One were absolutely excellent throughout our whole buying process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, all our questions were answered promptly, and they were fantastic at pushing things along. From offer to completion took around two months, and we were in our new home for Christmas! Highly recommend, a great team and a stress-free experience.

The whole process was relatively stress free from the initial phone call enquiring about the property to the moment I had a phone call telling me the keys were ready to be picked up. I'm very happy with the service I received, my main contact was with Joanne Nicholls who fully explained every step and was always on hand to provide advice and support in a friendly and professional manner. It is often said that you get what you pay for, and this was our experience with One2One. The property details were poorly written, with very basic spelling and grammatical errors, resulting in factual inaccuracies. These were only partially corrected when we sent them an amended transcript. Despite the sales pitch trumpeting that most if not all viewings would be accompanied by the agent, this was not our experience. We had a dozen or so viewings through One2One, but had to show each potential buyer around ourselves. Communication, especially via email was at best patchy. We did achieve a buyer through One2One, but they pulled out three weeks before likely completion; we only found out from someone further down the chain. After contacting One2One and leaving an answer phone message, it took then nearly TWO weeks to call us. Overall, VERY disappointing. Were we to move in future we not use this company again.
