I cannot thank Zac and the team enough, the service provided was first class. I was cautious of the company being relatively new to the market but as soon as I met Zac I trusted him straight away. It has probably been the worst time to try and sell a property during the Covid19 pandemic, however the service was not effected one bit, providing updates on the exact position of the sale where necessary and being extremely approachable on any instance, even to the point where I was telling him to have a break. I cannot recommend or thank Zac enough and will definitely be returning if I ever sell again. Thanks Zac

5 star company!! We sold our house very quickly, Zack has been amazing throughout the sale! He is always just a text or phone call away! He is very prompt with his reply’s even if sometimes it is out of work hours! Zack did all our viewings and he did this to suit me, so it was all made as easy as it could for me! Giving me lots of feedback after the viewings was also nice to hear! I had meetings with Steve and Niall and they sorted all the mortgage side of things. Them and their team was very helpful on making sure I had all the correct information to make it as stress free as possible! They also kept us up to date with all the mortgage side of things !! They have been so helpful and I am so thankful we chose one to one to help us sell our home and for them to sort our mortgage out for us!!

Amazing from start to finish! Zack is amazing, he was so reliable and just one phone call or text away! He did all our viewings and we sold our house within 1 month of it on the market.We had meetings with Steve and Niall and they helped us get the mortgage in place. It was made as easy as it could possibly be as they did all the hard work!! Couldn’t give enough credit to the company!

GoogleI have been a customer with One2One mortgage solutions for a few years now, I used the Estate Agency side of the business for the first time last year to sell my house, not only did I get full asking price for my house, the service was second to none, nothing was to much trouble and they went above and beyond when there were issues with other parts of the chain, to ensure I was kept fully in the picture with progress. Copy and paste feedback if any, having to email to ask for feedback, it would appear there was no follow up after viewings, limited contact with me other than viewing reminders. Had a sale fall through after 3.5 months, in that time I had no contact with the sales progression team. Had to be told by family that after the fall through of the sale that there was still a sold sign on the house weeks after. We discussed after the failed sale about a strategy of listing it for a few weeks and then if no interest discussing the next steps, after 3 months there was no interaction other than email viewing notifications. These viewings were often a week or so apart. When asking to list as multi agency there was no interaction to see if there was anything more they could do. When asking to withdraw from the listing there was again no questions or interactions as to why I was leaving or if they could stop me, it would appear that they had very little motivation to sell my home.

If I could give this company a zero, it would be just that ! We had put an offer in on a house that was accepted on the same day pending a sale on our house. Fast forward 6 weeks later after regularly trying to contact the estate agents with updates on our property, to which they never answered/replied, we had noticed on right move that the property was now sold subject to contract. We assumed this was us given the acceptance of the offer. How wrong we was. The property had now been sold to some who was able to be in a quicker position (which is fair in this instance as we wasn't cash buyers) but one2one had not even given a courtesy call to inform us of this! I would definitely not be using this company for any future sale/purchase going forward. Distasteful way to treat potential buyers

GoogleWe recently listed our house for sale with One2One but have been left disappointed with the service. I should firstly say that each member of staff we've spoken to has been friendly, however they generally seem to be too busy. For example, when they valued our property, they said they could go live in 2-3 days (of us instructing them), but it actually took around a week and a half. Also, one of the pictures they took needed editing (to blur out a picture of one of our children). After two weeks of waiting, they still hadn't updated this, despite us politely chasing it up twice. One2One also wanted to list our house at a higher price than we discussed in the valuation, which we were initially fine with. But after a week we decided that the price was too high, so we rang up to discuss this. A few things were discussed in the call, however at one point we were told that One2One are "prioritising" properties "that need to sell". We were told that they'd give us an update at the end of the week (i.e. we'd have to wait 5 days for answers to our question). We finally decided to switch to another estate agent so we emailed One2One to give notice, but had no reply. We chased this up when the other agent were ready to go live, but again had no reply. They were regularly posting to Facebook at this time though. We then called up, and were told that they had staff off on leave. All in all, it has been a disappointing experience with One2One. As I say, every individual member of staff has been friendly - but it just seems like they are too busy.

I expected selling my late fathers house to be stressful but Rhian and her team were helpful and understanding and kept me fully informed with feedback after every viewing, and finally found me a prospective buyer with an offer within the asking price. I would certainly recommend them.

We had a horrible service from One2One and would never use them or recommend them ever. Their price is set so low, that no other estate agents can come close, however that really does reflect in the customer service. You can’t get through to the office ever, you’re trying various times of the day and they never answer. We had to conduct viewings ourselves as they had no one available and we also had several ´no show’ viewings so we were out whilst these weren’t going ahead and the last one One2One didn’t call us until 25 minutes after the viewing had started as he prioritised getting to his next viewing. The last one that didn’t show, I called after an hour and they said that they didn’t show up but we didn’t have any communication to say this.We sent an email in to say that we would like our house removed from the service and there wasn’t even a question as to why!Overall very poor and wouldn’t recommend.

One2one have been very patient with me over past couple of years, taking my house on and off the market when I’ve been very indecisive because of the current market! They have recently put it back on for me, 5 stars for communication, I can always get hold of them, specially dealing with rhian and Emma , day or night they always answer my questions 😂I’ve had a couple of viewings on mine already! If I ever sell my house again I will always use one2one.
