GoogleI’ve had a few viewings with Louise over the years and she is, without doubt, the best Lettings negotiator for viewings in Plymouth - relaxed, knowledgeable, fast and yet also COOL. She doesn’t breathe down your neck trying to force a deal or put on any kind of fake charm, she lets you take in the property and she exudes intelligence and genuine property knowledge. GoogleSold a few Buy to Lets for me - found motivated buyers with access to funds then managed the sale through to completion, negotiating all the niggly stuff that Buyer's Solicitors like to throw up at the last minute . . . urgh. Thank you to the Mutley Mob esp. Emma and Janine who are now looking at selling another one for me. Tough market but they got the job done. Bish Bash Bosh.

GoogleWe changed to Martin & Co after suffering a poor experience with another Plymouth based agency over a 3 month period. Since moving to Martin & Co we have had a high level of professional contact and after a number of escorted viewings we now have an acceptable offer after less than 6 weeks. Janine Brace and Emma Ward in particular have been first class and I look forward to getting to completion with their help.

GoogleAs a landlord, I had many bad experiences with another agent in Plymouth which ended up costing me a few thousand pounds! Now I have gone with Matrin&Co - so far, so good! A nice new tenant is due to move in in a few weeks time and any works needed beforehand have been handled by the team. A great first impression - thanks all and keep it up! :)

GoogleI would strongly recommend you get a lawyer before accepting any terms from martin and co, here’s why: I’m a first time landlord with them and used this opportunity to screw over the naive new landlord. They discussed with my mother and not me without my permission that I don’t get landlords insurance which is against gdpr. And then held this negotiation over my head. They’ve let in a “shortfall” tenant. Which means someone who can’t afford the rent on the property without explaining this to me. He hasn’t payed rent in 4 months despite only being the property for 7 months they said they would start court proceedings and never did. I now cant move back into my only home. Can’t sell it in this time of crisis. They’ve said they have no obligation to get me my rent, and no obligation to get me my property back. Trusting them was the single worst decision of my life. Untrustworthy, unprofessional, incompetent, and useless. I will be taking legal action. I wish I had never had these “professionals” work with my house!
