GoogleWent to make a counter offer on a flat called sea view terrace. To be sent an email from Emma on how morally wrong it was and how she disagrees. She's lost you an extra 8K. Certainly wouldn't be using this company if I wanted to maximise my profits..... Unprofessional.
Hi Louis, This property had a sale agreed with solicitors instructed and searches applied for. We had already received instruction from the vendors to reject any further offers, but let them know of your interest regardless. They were extremely happy to proceed with the current sale. I'm not sure of the wisdom of any moral preaching that may have occurred from our side, suffice to say, gazumping is not a practice that we encourage. GoogleMartin and Co have been strengthened in their lettings business by the incorporation of Executive Lets. They have been prompt in finding tenants of the right quality, flexible over the changes in start dates due to electrical works, quick to settle money owing, and Louise manages to have both good attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. I am pleased that I have returned to using them again.

From the time I engaged Martin and Co as agents to find me a suitable tenant for my rental property, I was very pleased with the whole process.I was kept in touch with the details of whom they were showing the property to, and when an apparently suitable tenant had been found Martin and Co speedily carried out all the necessary checks.That tenant having passed all those necessary checks, has subsequently shown himself to be a delightful tenant.I hope this tenant is able to renew their tenancy after the initial 12-month tenancy agreement, but if that does not prove to be the case, I shall have no hesitation in using the services of Martin.and.Co (Plymouth) to find another suitable tenant.
