Our property is managed by ND at Lang. Our tenant is a vulnerable adult, we are very happy with the sensitivity and care that ND and others at Lang have shown towards the tenant. Speaking broadly, maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Lang have trusted contractors that they use and we have been pleased with work that has needed to be done, always in a timely fashion. Staff always communicate well with us. Our property remains in good condition.

We relocated from London and spent some time living with family in Falmouth whilst flat hunting in Plymouth. Initially we booked a viewing at a flat and Shawnie showed me around, decided it wasn’t right first us but upon telling Shawnie what we were looking for she recommended us a property and as soon as it was viewed, myself and my partner (on video) fell in love! No question or email was ever too much (there were many phone calls from me to Shawnie). On the day we moved in we arrived at the property a bit early but she was there waiting for us, had already tried and tested all the keys as well as looking and finding our bin sheds etc! Shawnie and Lang Town and Country have been nothing but 5* the whole process. Would highly recommend renting or even buying a property from them! We’re super grateful and happy to have found our home!

Absolutely amazing and best Estate Agents I came across, highly recommend! My sale was a bit complicated and I have almost lost the buyers. James Clarke and the team at Lang Town have been involved with Foliot House, our 21-unit development in Crownhill, from the start. Even before we purchased the site, James was instrumental in helping us appraise the deal, giving us the benefit of his local market knowledge and providing comparables to support our purchase. After we had purchased the building, James spent time helping us get floorplans just right for the target market, making suggestions that cleverly optimised the use of the space. The team at Lang Town have been proactive with sales and marketing throughout, liaising with our design team and ensuring early reservations were secured. James organised a successful launch weekend (thankfully just before the first lockdown in 2020), at which around half the units were reserved. Despite the global pandemic, Lang Town continued to market Foliot House, and secured all 21 sales before the end of the year - no small achievement given the dramatic events this year has thrown at us. From start to finish, Lang Town & Country have provided a professional, responsive and incredibly effective service.
