He always answered my calls, kept in constant contact and helped me in every way he could throughout the complicated process of selling my property. GoogleI couldn't recommend the sales team enough. Even though Langtown were not our managing agent for our sale, they were for our purchase. However, I was treated with the same care and consideration throughout my journey. I had quite a stressful and difficult process, 20 months of different challenges that I'm sure, without the support I received, I would have given up on. During this time, Gemma and I built up such a great relationship that I felt like she was as committed as me to see this through. Unlike many other agents I have experienced, Gemma is professional, easy to talk to, and completely on it! After this, I don't want to think about moving anytime again soon, but if I were, Gemma and the Langtown team would be the first people I would call. I'm sure Phil, James, Izy, and Tracey are all relieved that I won't be calling the office again for a while, but my personal gratitude goes to the entire team for making me feel like a valued person, rather than just another transaction.

Communicating with the team is very easy; I always receive a quick response whenever I report an issue with my property. Recently, my carpet was replaced, the ceilings were painted, and all plumbing issues were resolved. I would like to extend a special thank you to Christine Ingram, who always goes above and beyond.
