I feel so happy to meet this wonderful Agent during new chapters of my life in Uk. Abi is such a kind and caring person. She is a very good listener and always takes the time to listen to my concerns no matter how small and always willing and happy to help. Her patience, kindness and understanding means so much to me.xxxx Christene is also amazing in what she does. She took the time to calmly and patiently teach and explain to me and my husband how to use different gadgets and appliances in our new home. She made sure we understood everything and never made us uncomfortable asking questions. I’m genuinely very happy in my new home, and a very big part of that happiness comes from team work of Abi and Christine. Thank you very much Abi and Christine and the entire members of staff for the good job👏👏👏.

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service, Absolute Professionals! We recently rented a house through Lang Town & Country, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. A huge, special thanks to Emily and Abi, who both truly went above and beyond for us. Their communication was excellent, they were always incredibly responsive, and no question or request was ever too much trouble. They handled everything with so much professionalism, warmth, and genuine care, which made all the difference. It is rare to find this level of dedicated customer service these days. If you are looking to rent a property, I cannot recommend Lang Town & Country, and especially Emily and Abi, highly enough. Thank you all so much for helping us settle into our new home!

From meeting Paul at the initial introduction meeting to discuss how we would market the property i was looking to sell, His No Nonsense approach (as well as a recommendation from a family member) is what swayed me to use Lang Town & Country, Josh handled the sale and was very proactive and kept communication flowing which was very reassuring as we had a challenging chain.. but Josh and the team at Lang's ensured things kept moving.. Now the process is completed i would strongly recommend Paul and his team at Lang Town and Country (Plymstock Office) to sell your property..

Ollie, the sales manager looking after the sale of the house was consistently professional, responsive and knowledgeable about the property. As with most property transactions, this was a three to four month process, but there was never any reduction in commitment getting everyone over the line and I am truly delighted with Ollie and Lang in general in enabling us to move to a great part of the country in the next 10 days.

GoogleEmily and the team have made a long protracted sale bareable. Having moved from another agent to Lang Town Country, when our initial sale fell through, we had very jaded expectations. From the beginning Emily and the team have been professional, available and honest about the market, setting a realistic price that has finally achieved a sale. We'd highly recommend them. They are not the cheapest commission wise but you do get what you pay for.
