We recently bought a house where LT&C were the vendors agent. They were brilliant with us all the way through and if I am honest, more helpful at times than our solicitors. A great team in the Plymstock branch and even organised a second viewing for us without question. We are first time buyers and after this being our first experience, I know where we will go when it comes to selling, if we ever do. I would 100% recommend!

Staff provided a realistic valuation at the start of the process which meant the house sold quickly and at the expected price. We were kept updated at all times and the staff kept in touch with both sets of solicitors to ensure exchange and completion were carried out on the agreed date.

Avoid relying on this company if you're buying your first home. I enquired about a property for sale and was willing to pay in cash, but they ignored my request for a viewing and updated the listing to 'sold stc'. At least have the decency to say it’s already been sold, rather than just ignoring those who dream of owning a home. Very unprofessional.

Abi was incredibly helpful throughout the process of getting my rental property. She attended the viewing with me, was so lovely, and really made an effort to get to know me, which made the whole experience feel much more comfortable, especially as someone moving into their first home. We had a really positive experience with Holly at Lang Town & Country while purchasing our new home. Holly was always helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Towards the end, when things became a bit more time-sensitive, she really helped get everything moving and kept things on track, which we really appreciated. Buying a property can be stressful, but Holly’s support and communication made a big difference. We’re now happily settled in our new home and grateful for all her help. From finding tenants to arranging contractors to complete a couple extra bits of work before the tenants moved in nothing has been too much for Lang Town. They have also been great at keeping me in the loop and explaining anything I was unsure of every step of the way. I now have tenants in my house and look forward to continuing to work with Lang Town and Country.

I dealt with a number of staff members at the Plymouth branch and I can honestly say they were all so attentive and helpful and never made me feel pressured to make any decisions. GoogleWe have recently completed the sale of our apartment in Plymouth and could think of no other better company to use than Lang Town & Country. I cannot speak highly enough of their professional team, their help and advice. They handled all of the viewings and gave prompt feedback so that we knew if the viewers were interested. Once the sale was secured we were contacted by Darcie from Sales progression who worked tirelessly to keep us updated and answered all of our questions. I don't think I've ever been as well informed about the sale of a property. Special mention to Phil who actually sold us the apartment 5 years earlier and who we trusted implicitly. I highly recommend using Lang Town & Country for buying or selling.

Whilst selling and buying a house are inherently stressful, they made it as seamless as is possible - and the bottle of bubbly on completion was a lovely added touch. Whilst we never want to sell our home, if and when we do, we will give them our repeat business.

GoogleIm in the process of looking for a new rental, but so far, they offer the best way to view a listing, that being (seemingly) always having a floor plan and a walkround video. This makes the process of working out if a property fits my needs, SO much easier.
