I have recently purchased a property from Lang Town & Country and the process has been nothing but perfect. Each of the staff have been attentive, welcoming and professional throughout. I also booked them separately to carry out an EPC rating on a property, and the same feedback applies. Efficient, and a pleasure. I would not hesitate to reccomend them or use them again in the future!

Lang Town and Country have undertaken a tenant find on our 5 bed property . From initial conversation to tenant moving in the service has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The caliber of prospective tenants their platforms reach are beyond excellent. Fees transparent. They have trustworthy trades that can complete necessary certification and works reasonably and reliably. Shawnie Emily and Claire, Thank you. Looking forward to retirement one day and wouldn't hesitate to hand over full management to yourselves :)

GoogleWe’ve just purchased our first property through Langtown & Country and from the first viewing we were very happy. The team are professional and friendly at all times and communication was excellent throughout our process. Towards the end of our purchase there were some unexpected hiccups which Gemma tried her absolute best to get sorted and complete before our deadline - which we did! The team put up with many phone calls from us and passed on messages when relevant. Even when communication from our own solicitors got tough, Gemma still managed to get updates and keep us in the loop at all times. We can’t thank them all enough, including the team at complete ASAP who were also incredibly helpful! Thank you so much again

It was an emotional sale, given the circumstances surrounding family illness, but Paul, Carla and the rest of the team made what could have been a very difficult process feel seamless, supportive and completely stress free.
