GoogleThe lettings department were extremely helpful while I was applying to live in one of their managed properties. The lettings agents were very quick in responding to any questions I had during the application process and were always on hand to support. 100% would recommend.

GoogleI am a landlord. I have used Lang Town and Country for over 15 years and I have had no reason to complain or be unhappy about anything. GoogleLT&C fully manage my properties. To any would be landlord, I would not hesitate to recommend the team at LT&C. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and fully supportive. Any problems that do arise are dealt with quickly and in a professional manner. I would not use anyone else. They give me peace of mind. 10/10

GoogleI couldn't recommend the sales team enough. Even though Langtown were not our managing agent for our sale, they were for our purchase. However, I was treated with the same care and consideration throughout my journey. I had quite a stressful and difficult process, 20 months of different challenges that I'm sure, without the support I received, I would have given up on. During this time, Gemma and I built up such a great relationship that I felt like she was as committed as me to see this through. Unlike many other agents I have experienced, Gemma is professional, easy to talk to, and completely on it! After this, I don't want to think about moving anytime again soon, but if I were, Gemma and the Langtown team would be the first people I would call. I'm sure Phil, James, Izy, and Tracey are all relieved that I won't be calling the office again for a while, but my personal gratitude goes to the entire team for making me feel like a valued person, rather than just another transaction.

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service, Absolute Professionals! We recently rented a house through Lang Town & Country, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. A huge, special thanks to Emily and Abi, who both truly went above and beyond for us. Their communication was excellent, they were always incredibly responsive, and no question or request was ever too much trouble. They handled everything with so much professionalism, warmth, and genuine care, which made all the difference. It is rare to find this level of dedicated customer service these days. GoogleEmily and the team have made a long protracted sale bareable. Having moved from another agent to Lang Town Country, when our initial sale fell through, we had very jaded expectations. From the beginning Emily and the team have been professional, available and honest about the market, setting a realistic price that has finally achieved a sale. We'd highly recommend them. They are not the cheapest commission wise but you do get what you pay for.
