Dear Mr Hunter, can I ask what dealings you have had with us to warrant your 1 star review please. I have searched our database and can find no record of you. If you would rather not discuss in an open format, please email personally, as the managing director I take customer service very seriously and am disappointed when people aren’t pleased with the service we provide. My email address if you’d prefer to contact me on is paul@langtownandcountry.com. Yours sincerely Paul Preen
