We sold our Shared Ownership flat with Northfields (Ealing Broadway branch) and Leah was absolutely exceptional. She's a fantastic communicator, friendly yet professional and confidence inspiring. Every step of the way, we felt thoroughly supported and were kept on the same page with our buyer. Her advice was always helpful, whether it be on helping us understand the process, avoid delays, or simply reassuring us when we had misunderstood something. Our interactions with other staff at Northfields was also always pleasant and effective. I would recommend Northfields, and particularly Leah to anybody looking to sell their property - it is the only selling cost that we feel we have had fantastic value for money with. Likewise, if we were staying in the area to buy or rent, we would definitely have looked back towards them as we are sure they would be equally as brilliant on the other side of the transaction. Leah, you have been brilliant, thank you so much for all your hard work and support.

We bought our house with Northfields and the agent was Leah Verasammy from the Ealing Broadway office. Leah was outstanding throughout and I would highly recommend her. She is very easy to get on with and really understands how to deal with people on both sides of the transaction. Don’t really appreciate having to chase the estate agency and resending the same email three times and still not getting a response regarding a flat I had viewed. Seems like they already received an offer and instead couldn’t be bothered to let us know until we had to actually call them after 3 emails. Then to be told ‘the landlord is going to let us know in an hour’ and then we will call you. Better communication needed like simple things ‘offer form received thank you, we will let you know the decision’ would take seconds from the lettings team but clearly not bothered. In the midst of a rental crisis, when you can see a potential tenant is extremely excited, it’s a lovely idea to keep them updated in order for us to keep browsing rather than having false hope.
