Amy Butler at Northfields estate agents was amazing with helping me and my sister find our perfect property! She was always available whenever I called, As me and my sister are originally from Italy we aren’t so familiar with how it all works and had afew bad encounters with other agents in the area so it was really refreshing to have Amy guide us through it all and explain in detail the information of renting, moving is a challenge and Amy made the whole process so much easier. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Northfields for helping us buy our very first home! Edyta was the first person we met at Northfields and showed us the property during our initial viewing. She was absolutely lovely, welcoming, enthusiastic and instantly made us feel comfortable and left us with a very positive impression of the company. She was extremely prompt when following up with us and helped us secure our offer. Our estate agent, Amir, has been absolutely outstanding from the very beginning. He personally saw the process through until the very end despite the fact that his job role had changed. He was extremely positive and professional and went out of his way to help both us and the seller of the property. Amir spent a huge amount of time and took a great deal of care trying to ensure the sale went smoothly, often working late and giving us much needed reassurance, expertise, support and laughs along the way. Our transaction was not as straightforward as we expected, and I can safely say we would not have been able to complete without him! We met Amir at Northfields as first time buyers, and although we might not have been through the buying process before, I can say without doubt that we have received the absolute best care, professionalism and attention to detail of any estate agent you will ever deal with. His genuine desire to go above and beyond to help both seller and buyer has been palpable throughout the process and dealing with him has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Our transaction has not been an easy one owing to some issues during conveyancing, but right from the start, both us and the seller have had Amir's support, guidance and expert knowledge to help things go as smoothly as possible. We have been working with Northfields (who has since become Gibbes Gillespie) for roughly 4 months on a purchase of our first home. The entire process - from booking a viewing, attending the viewing, having follow up questions, attending a 2nd viewing (and a 3rd) and going through the conveyancing has been excellent. The team has been nothing but professional, cordial, and extremely helpful and Leah in particular was key in assuring that we complete on time (which we did). Rohan and Luke have also been great.
