GoogleRented from them in 2013-2014. Good experience and very professional until I was leaving. We had a last minute request to view which wasn’t possible for us and turned a little strange. Manager threatened to personally deliver letter around everyday to give required 24hrs notice to view whether someone was coming or not. Complaint was dealt with well by central office but uncomfortable experience.

GoogleI do not have enough words to deeply thank Leah Verasammy for her professional approach, accountability on actions, addressing possible hiccups, communicating on time and making me feel that I had an ally throughout the whole process. Leah, is sweet and approachable, understands the anxiety or frustration that can arise in few occasions and focuses on solutions rather than the issue itself. She has dedicated a lot of her time with my case and I never felt she was taking parts, had any personal interest or else. She treated me and the case with respect and high emotional intelligence. GoogleI have just moved in to my property and I am just wanting to say that Northfields Ealing have been such a great energetic estate agent to have worked closely with the past couple of months. As a whole, they are a lovely team who make themselves readily available to help at any time. I would like to especially mention Leah who has been so helpful, organised and always kept things moving forward for me. Leah goes the extra mile, gets back to you immediately and really makes you feel that no request is too much hassle. Very approachable, down to earth and efficient! Also I must say that Rohan is very pleasant, positive and ‘on the ball’ thank you all so much. I will definitely use this agency again. M xx
