If you're selling a property in London, Leah and the Ealing Broadway Northfields team is the team you want to work with! I recently sold a shared ownership flat through Northfields and could not have received better service, they were incredible throughout, exceeding all my expectations. There were quite a few parties involved in the sale, making it slightly complicated, but the consistent communication and project management from Northfields kept all parties aligned. Leah specifically went above and beyond for me, showing real professionalism and empathy throughout. I honestly don't think the sale would have gone through without her keeping everything on track. They really are the best team and I can't recommend them more highly. Thank you Ealing team!

It is very difficult to rent a pet friendly property. I am very lucky to have professional support from Mr. Gabriele Brancato(Lettings Negotiator) and Natalia helping me find a lovely property to live with my 17 years old sausage dog. They are very helpful , considerate and hardworking. Although I am not familiar with rental procedure in UK and bother them so many times, Gabriele is still very patience to help me solve the problems. Natalia is always kind and sincere. Their warm hearted attitude and professional service are precious blessings to people who just arrived UK and finding not only a place to stay but a HOME to live. Highly recommend!

I sold my flat with Northfields Estate Agents, using the Ealing branch. From the very beginning, communication was great. And in my case, this great communication was key. I dealt with a particularly difficult buyer's solicitor. Leah and Rohan were very efficient at getting things done, seeking the information where needed and keeping everyone up to date. The process was quite frustrating in my case and Leah and Rohan managed to keep me in full trust with their hard work and dedication for the sale to happen in everyone's interest. It was my 6th time dealing with estate agents to either sell or buy a property and I can say I had never been so impressed by their professionalism and personal approach. Everyone at Northfields was efficient and properly briefed when Leah was not available. I would, and I have recommended Northfields estate agents to anyone, in particular the Ealing branch. The experience this agency offers is second to none. We had been looking for a few months, and had seen many estate agents. Indiana not only didn't give up but took the time to understand what we wanted and why, measured by showing us a property that was so new that there wasn't a proper file for it - which turned out to be the 'one'. Billy was also of great help, they were both brilliant to speak to and deal with, taking a huge amount of stress away from moving home. We're still just as happy after 7 months of living here as we were when we viewed the place. Would reccomend Northfields to anyone looking for a place to rent for sure!

It was my first time on the property ladder but Leah and the Northfields Ealing Broadway team made it so easy for me. From the viewings - which were promptly arranged - to the whole conveyancing process, Leah and the team were always responsive to my queries and worked with both parties to move past any obstacles. I'm surprised they haven't blocked my number - that's how often I was able to get in touch for peace of mind. Whichever side of the market you're on, I'd recommend them - I certainly hope the team is still together if I need to sell in the future.

Ode to Northfields Northfields the agents are ace, namely Amir, Indiana and Billy in my case. Everything was sorted out with lightning pace, go to them if you need an expert friendly face. The day after our meeting was had, to a charming lady my flat was let, over the asking price, which was also nice. The experience was the opposite of elongated, and in days my new tenant relocated.
