We’ve been letting our property with Northfields (now Gibbs Gillespie) for a couple of years and have been very happy with the service we’ve received. However, I am pleased to say that our recent experience with Gabriele Brancato at the Northfields branch was exceptional. Firstly, his warm and friendly nature makes him a pleasure to deal with. Moreover when issues arise, his sincerity, integrity and patience shine through. During our initial chat, he talked us through the process, our options and his expectations given market conditions. From that point, he consistently and efficiently delivered on whatever he’s said he would do. His communication is excellent, he listened carefully to our preferences, explained trade-offs and acted accordingly based on our wishes. He was proactive in offering solutions to potential complications and was extremely responsive to questions I’ve had and issues I’ve raised. Highly recommended!

Our house sale went very smoothly with the help of Abraham and all the team at the Northfields Avenue branch of Northfields.To begin with, Abraham took plenty of time to evaluate the house and advise on a realistic asking price. Communication was great throughout - the whole team were in regular contact to arrange viewings and provide feedback afterwards, and were quick to respond to our questions. The whole procedure went more quickly and was less stressful than we had anticipated.

We were very happy with the professionalism and excellent service of Northfields. We live abroad and had limited time to look at properties - over several visits, your agents quickly understood our needs and were very helpful with arranging visits and sending details even after we had returned home. Kieron was great! Once we’d identified a property, he was so helpful getting us from the offer though the closing. He shared helpful contacts (surveyor, solicitors, etc) and was very flexible in allowing these and other service providers in to the flat, which made the process very smooth despite the distance. Would highly recommend.

I recently purchased my first property through Northfields and am happy it went through quickly. Kieron was professional and lovely to deal with. My favourite thing about him was his responsiveness, which I really appreciated as I was new to this and unsurprisingly my solicitor was less than helpful throughout. I sometimes felt I received too many calls and check-ins throughout the purchasing process but at the same time Northfields was supportive when I needed them. Overall my experience was very positive and a thanks for that goes to Kieron.

I have used Northfields Estate agents on several occasions as my preferred agents, dealing with both property sales and renting. I have to mention Noura Mehdinejad who has been marketing my rental properties for the last few years. She is professional, considerate, knowledgeable about the rental market, responds quickly to email enquiries and is client focused. Additionally, both herself and Northfields are very supportive when things have gone wrong including dealing with difficult tenants. This is a firm that doesn't let their customers down, supports them through the whole process and actually goes beyond what other estate agents would do - Noura is an excellent example of this, as are many other members of the team. There is a large backroom staff, who provide excellent advice and support for clients. I have recommended friends to them both for property transactions and rental. Noura has again supported me and my wife with advice and documents to facilitate our latest buy-to-let mortgage process - many thanks Noura, we really value the excellent service you continue to provide!!!
