GoogleNot sure if my previous review was submitted properly hence why submitting again. I would like to say how extremely taken aback I was by the kind and helpful service provided by Northfields namely Indiana who went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Indiana has helped me more than she will ever know. It may be just a house she helped me with, but as I am moving away and separating from my husband this has had such a positive affect on my wellbeing in difficult times. Thoroughly recommend Northfields and their staff.

GoogleMy husband and I recently sold our property via the Northfields Ealing Office. We found the team incredibly professional and easy to work with. From our initial meeting Alejandro took the time to understand the key selling points of our property. He was also very accommodating with arranging viewings around our family life, and was meticulous in ensuring that only serious buyers were shown around. Selling your home isn’t an easy process particularly with a busy family and work life to juggle and we really appreciated the quick and honest feedback Alejandro garnered after every viewing, and the guidance he and also Kieron offered once we actually sold our property - both going the extra mile to follow up with the relative parties to ensure things were moving. We’d definitely use them again and are now hoping they’ll help us find our next home!

GoogleA very positive experience of dealing with the Lettings Department. The flat was rented within 3 days of the listing and achieve a price I was happy with. The team where knowledgeable about the area, totally professional and gave me regular updates as agreed. The flat had been with another agency for 9 weeks and did not secure a tenant yet Northfields managed this in 3 days - so the proof is in their fabulous service & delivering a contract in record time.
