The lettings team at Gibbs Gillespie based in Pinner are outstanding in their professionalism and courteous behaviour. Mathew Merchant leads in an attitude that "nothing is too much trouble" when you need his help. I am always secure knowing that my property is in his professional and caring hands. With legislation changing constantly it is wonderful having such a knowledgeable and professional member of staff who will always patiently give you his support.

Some staff, specially at the rental department are very rude, careless, and arrogant. It is 2 months now that I have moved out of the rented property, I still haven't got my deposits, and every time I call them the person responsible for rental deposits display her impolite and insulting attitude, and I still don't know when will they return my own money. It is the Pinner rental office that really lets you down.
