Queried the background to this and next morning received a full explanation from Ellie and everything resolved without any fuss. This is what good service is all about.

GoogleWe have just exchanged and the service received from Gibbs Gillespie has been outstanding. From the moment I made contact with the estate agent through to exchange. I had intended to go with another estate agent but from the moment Grant Pettersson viewed the property I changed my mind. I was struck by the way he walked around the property and noticed things that were important to me. The proposed price was higher than the other estate agent and his knowledge of the area gave me the confidence he knew what he was talking about. Basically it was the way he viewed the property as it gave me a good idea as to how they would show prospective buyers round. His support throughout has also been greatly appreciated especially as I have never sold a property before. It should also be noted that Grant provided me with a contact to help with the clearance of the house something I had no idea who to approach and so this was particularly helpful for me. Overall it is fair to say that I was pleased with the fact we went with Gibbs Gillespie and I feel the best price was obtained. I could not have asked for anything more.
