GoogleI cannot state enough how these agents play off potential tenants to their own advantage. Would never use them again. Unable to be truthful. Seriously lacking delivery if information. Poor communication & total lack of customer care. Sadly the rental market has stooped to a very low standard.

GoogleLet my house through Gibbs Pinner and after we hit the right price point Gibbs delivery on their rental valuation. Brilliant service. My advice to anyone in Pinner looking to rent through an agent is to get at least 4 rental valuations. I got 1 valuation initially and based all our figures on it and it turned out to be £1k less than what my property was worth. Some agents just want to get the fee in the bank, Gibbs didn’t do that.

Not only she was approachable, she always came back with an answer when she said, she will. Gibbs Gillespie kept me well-informed from the beginning until my house was rented to suitable tenants. GoogleI want to emphasise that Stefan of the Pinner Gibbs office gets ALL THE STARS. In fact, the front office staff are all lovely but Stefan, wins hands down. I'm a single parent and the Corona Virus Pandemic has seriously impacted my financial situation forcing us to move. Stefan really understood what I needed in a home and at the end of the day found me an incredible flat for a really good price. Of all the estate agents I've worked with in the last 4 years, he is an incredible listener and knows how to give empathy while also managing expectations graciously. He responds to messages quickly and follows up, even when the task isn't directly his responsibility. It's clear that he wants to do well, and he does! The 4 stars is for my experience with Gibbs Gillespie overall. Once Stefan handed me over to the back office to handle the logistics, things became incredibly stressful. I felt like more could have been done on GG's side to make the process more seamless and that was disappointing. This is my second let with GG and I will definitely go back to them again when the market self corrects and I am able to move back into a bigger space.

GoogleFreya, Stuart, and Matthew were all so helpful and accommodating in our rental property. Coming straight over from NY to London was hectic enough but Gibbs Gillespie made the process as seamless as possible, and constantly were chasing down the property owner for documents and were able to get me into the property for when I required. Very helpful, will always use Gibbs Gillespie in my property search.
