We just had an another (probably this is the third time) excellent experience with Gibbs Gillespie in terms of letting our flat and this time special credit goes to Joe Mule and his entire team. Joe proactively engaged with us and provided very good understanding of the market position at the first place. He also visited the flat, discussed various possible options and guided us with the best way to move forward. With his knowledge, expertise and experience he managed to find the right tenants in right time with the right price. Not only that, we were away and he managed the entire process done without required us to present personally at any stage. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. They were very professionals, easy to approach and super helpful. The team coordinated with us remotely at each stage of the process very efficiently. We used Gibbs Gillespie Stanmore to sell our late mothers house. The staff, especially Grant Pettersson, made the whole process easy and understandable and held our hands throughout especially when we lost our first buyer (through no fault of Gibbs Gillespie or ourselves) and then our solicitors were closed down by the Law Society. Grant was always at the other end of the phone especially for my sister who panicked at the slightest thing. He kept us regularly updated and the sale flowed through seamlessly. I am rating a 5 purely based on the excellent, proficient, helpful and excellent customer service I received by Stefan when looking to rent a property in Pinner. He SHOULD BE a Manager, unlike one member of staff I experienced in his branch who was a Manager and should be trained by Stefan on customer service, who will remain nameless as I do not want to take away from the excellent review for Stefan. He is patient, honest, genuine and considerate and a trustworthy Agent in my humble opinion, if Head Office is reading this I think there needs to be a reshuffle and or promotion for this member of staff to Management. We have been using Gibbs Gillespie’s full management service for our property in Pinner for many years and have established a good relationship with many of the staff members who assisted us in looking after our property. While the quality of service and advice received may vary somewhat from one staff member to another, depending on the individual staff’s experience, attitude etc, we are, in general, satisfied with the overall trustworthiness, professionalism and services provided by Gibbs Gillespie Pinner Office. It is precisely for these reasons that we will continue to use Gibbs Gillespie’s full management service, since the day we set foot in Gibbs Gillespie Office back in 1995. Come to think of it, it was, indeed, a wise decision for us to pick Gibbs Gillespie as our Estate Agent, and not someone else! AH & BH Siew June 8, 2020 Review As previously mentioned in our last review, our property in Pinner has been under Gibb’s Gillespie full management service since 1995. During this period of time, we have personally come across and get to know quite a few of the staff members from Lettings, Accounts and Property Maintenance who helped to manage and looked after the property for us. Although it is fair to say that the quality of service we received may vary from one person to another, depending on the individual staff member’s attitude, experience and communication skills, we are thankful for the services and the professional advice given to us. This is particularly crucial and challenging during a difficult time such as COVID-19 pandemic or in a situation when the quality of tenants is not as good as you have expected or hoped for. Looking back over the years, however, we are pleased in a way that we picked Gibbs-Gillespie (Pinner Office) as the property agent to look after the property for us! To be able to stay with the same property agent for some 25 years or so up-to-now, it speaks well for the choice we made and the ‘partnership’ it has created, and this is definitely ‘something’ which is hard to beat!
