Never again

Never ever would I deal with this company again. Their unprofessional and completely uncaring attitude throughout my dealings with them has left a very bitter taste. I have never dealt with such difficult agents who have showed not one iota of decent customer service. I am just so saddened and disappointed. Please don’t respond HA I’m really not interested in anything you have to say.

Our rental process was very professionally facilitated by Charlie Salter who was fast, efficient, superbly organised and explained all the technical stages of E-signing in plain English. Really poor communication from Siobhan and throughly disappointed. Had arranged to view two rental properties for Saturday afternoon and was told on Friday the first property was now under offer. Not an issue, I was then offered to view a different property in the same area and scheduled in for 11:30. Saturday morning 10:45am I am having to chase to find out the address of the property. I rang the office number to then be told by she would be contacted to get in touch with me. I followed this up with another email asking for the address. No response and no one bothered to get back in contact with me. Saturday morning wasted.

This is the most horrible letting agent I have ever encountered in my life, they're a nightmare. their activities and tendency to collude with landlords to rip you off your holding deposit runs against the acts of the UK paliaments, I can give you several tenants identities they have ripped off, a searchlight needs to be conducted into their activities if the labour government which we voted for will survive in their plans for housing in that axis.

We purchased our property through Henry Adams Sales. The whole process was handled in a most professional manner. We were so impressed that we decided to use Henry Adams as the letting agent. Again this sometimes difficult process was handled perfectly.
