Henry Adams Letting Agent for property owners

I have used Henry Adams Letting Agent at Storrington for approximately 12 years for the letting and finding of new tenants for my property. Recently my flat was vacated. Alex Bush of the Storrington office speedily found new tenants. During the last few months Alex has been most helpful, friendly and efficient at the same time professional. Along with the manager James Riley they provide a well organised ,competent and caring team that I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

Moving into my rental property through Henry Adams estate agency was a breeze. From start to finish, their communication was top-notch, keeping me informed at every step of the process. Reviewer Status: Buyer Brilliant service from beginning to end. Our purchase was fraught with problems due to 'issues' with one of the Solicitors in the chain but the Sales team at Henry Adams did everything they could to ensure that our purchase continued to Exchange with Completion due any time now. The communications we had were honest, relevant and regular and had it not been for their tireless work we certainly wouldn't be where we are now. A special mention to Olly Dorling (Manager) and Tracey Killing (Senior Negotiator) who went above and beyond to sort out the various issues and challenges that cropped up along the way. A highly recommended Estate Agent for both Sales and Purchases.

Really disappointing experience with Henry Adam trying to sell our property. On three occasions, we've not heard back, despite direct emails and follow up emails. Told it due to a system error. Needless to say we wouldn't recommend this agent for a consistent communication, which is critical if selling your property.

What a brilliant letting agency, easily the best i have interacted with. Alex from the Storrington branch couldn't have been more of a help. Out of all of the agencies we spoke to, and all the agents we dealt with Alex was stand out wonderful.
