GoogleFrank Modern have been brilliant throughout. They put the house up for sale at a price I was happy with, then negotiated more. The photos taken were professionally done.All the team were so helpful, friendly , efficient and professional. Morgan was brilliant helping the exchange to go through, negotiating with all parties concerned and definitely going the extra mile. Couldn’t be happier with this Estate Agent and highly recommend them.

GoogleMichael and Morgan were fantastic from start to finish, we would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling. When Michael came to value our property he clearly defined the sales process and timeframes whilst factoring in what would suit us. Viewings were well organised around our lifestyle and we received almost immediate feedback online in addition to regular phone calls. The communication we received was fantastic during the viewing process and subsequently when offers were being put forwards. When we accepted an offer Morgan was brilliant at staying in contact with us, our buyers and the solicitors on both sides, there wasn’t ever a time whereby we felt un-informed. Both Michael and Morgan went above and beyond for us, and their expertise certainly put our minds at ease throughout the journey. They made some fantastic recommendations to support the rest of our journey in terms of moving out and sorting out the finances for our next property.

GoogleHaving decided to sell our home back in September i got in touch with Frank Modern. From day one they were simply fantastic! I wasn't able to meet Mike at the valuation due to work commitments, but he kindly took the time to meet me after work to discuss price and marketing. Within two days of instructing them, the professional photos and video tour had been done. 24 hours after this (prior to marketing) the viewings started flooding in. Callum was lovely and committed - showing clients around until 7pm on Friday and back again on the Saturday morning at 7.30am for another five hours of viewings! What more could you want from your Estate Agent?? By Monday morning i had accepted an offer, which was over the asking price. The hard work certainly didn't stop there; Callum then chased the sale through to completion. In less that 8 weeks we were moved out and into our new property. I can not thank Mike, Morgan & Callum enough. An excellent & stress free experience.

GoogleFrom the start to finish, the team at Frank Modern could not do enough for us. There communication is second to none, every step of the process we knew exactly what was going on. They are also caring and compassionate. Callum was brilliant at showing our house and made us feel comfortable leaving him in charge of the house. Morgan and Michael are amazing, the use of technology to keep us updated on the process was excellent, the 3D home video also was great. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend them to all looking for an honest and trustworthy estate agent.

GoogleI would highly recommend using Frank Modern Estate Agents for the sale/purchase of your house. From the moment I met Michael I instantly liked and trusted him. It was a very scary and daunting process for me but he instantly put me at ease and was not pushy in any way. The whole process from beginning to end was helped with all the friendly staff, Morgan and Fiona included who went out of their way to send me regular updates. They are a family run business who make you feel that you are part of their family and nothing was too much trouble for them. GoogleAfter 8 months and 6 failed house moves already, we were losing faith and thought it may never happen. We changed to Frank Modern because of their innovative approach which separated them from the market in hope they could get it done. They did exactly that and working to tight deadlines because of the failed house moves previously meant we had a limited time frame to do it all and complete! Fiona did get it done and did a great job of keeping things moving and keeping us reassured. It wasn't a straight forward house move but Fiona did get it done and we couldn't be more thankful!

GoogleFrom a buyers perspective, Frank Modern were amazing from start to finish. They kept communication open and flowing so we were able to exchange in just over 2 months and fully complete in 3. Our previous sale fell through due to a high street estate agent that didn't communicate. This time around I was so happy to have a local estate agent that did everything they could to help both me and the seller. If we ever go to sell in the future, I'd definitely look to Frank Modern!

GoogleWithout wanting this to sound like a fake Amazon review, where you're left thinking "the owner wrote this", I really can't recommend Frank Modern enough. From Michael's visit to value the property, where you felt there was actually a rationale behind his valuation, rather than a gut feeling. The photos they arranged through a professional photographer were stunning and made me proud of my home. The viewings were all arranged on an open day. I went out for a few hours, left them to it and came back to 3 offers! No weeks of furiously tidying the house for sporadic viewings! They make great use of technology, so you always know about your viewings and get prompt feedback. Once a sale was agreed, Morgan did a brilliant job of keeping me updated and chasing the other parties in the chain. This is how selling your home should be.

Frank Modern held our hand from the initial estimate through to the sale and post sale periods. We were informed throughout the whole process and always felt they had our best interests at heart. The post sales process was painless and Frank Modern worked very hard to keep the whole chain on track, often working with all estate agents and solicitors in the chain to ensure we kept moving forward. If you want an estate agent you can trust you can’t go wrong with Frank Modern. Special mention goes to Morgan who worked tirelessly to keep us all on track during post sales.
