GoogleAfter bad experiences in the past with Estate Agents I wasn't looking forward to going through it again... But Frank Modern wow what a breath of fresh air , knowledgeable friendly helpful & supportive from start to finish . Fantastic photography & fantastic Communication. Morgan worked really hard making sure we had all the information we needed. If you want a pleasant experience selling your home Michael ,Morgan .Ollie & fiona are your go to Agents . GoogleWe were recommended this estate agent after losing all faith in our previous agent, and wow what a difference, such a friendly and positive team. From start to finish we had their full support and constant updates through Morgan. The way the property was marketed was as mordern as the name, with fantastic photography and media. An extremely smooth process from listing to completion. If you genuinely want to sell your property we can't recommend these guys strongly enough.!!! 10/10

Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and we felt they were always acting on our best interests. GoogleThis is a company which puts you the customer at the heart of everything , they will ensure your best interests are at the heart of what they do. They and that's the whole term pushed and managed my house sale through sometimes to the annoyance of solicitors . Without these guys I would be in a 12 month plus sales cycle. Great people to work with and know what they are doing.

GoogleTHE BEST!!! Me and my partner had a hand full of valuations and decided to go with Frank Modern and we definitely made the right choice. They are very professional yet very easy to talk to. GoogleThe team at frank modern have been amazing to work with throughout the transaction. They made the processes allot less stressful and very easy nothing was too much trouble. Nice to work with a company that still values communication and going the extra mile, hopefully I won’t be moving again anytime soon but if/when I do I would have zero hesitation in using them to market the property they just helped me buy.

GoogleI highly recommend Frank Modern. To be honest I can’t sing their praises enough! I haven’t had good experiences of Estate Agents in the past but Frank Modern were very different. Friendly, dedicated and willing to go the extra mile, they kept me informed every step of the way. I had a very personalized service throughout the sale of my house. Their unique marketing strategy attracted me to them initially and didn’t disappoint. They produced excellent photos of my house including drone shots for maximum impact. I would use them again without question!
