The beginning of the process was difficult for me, however I was treated with respect and given time to make decisions without any pressure.
My property was advertised to a high standard and this standard continued throughout the whole process, resulting in me accepting an offer six days after the first open day.
It was a pleasure to work alongside the whole team at Frank Modern Estate Agents, as they were clear, open, efficient and extremely personable.
I will definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleWe used Frank Modern when we purchased our house and they provided excellent service. The team were friendly, always able to take a call or answer a question but managed to remain professional at all times. The even set up a WhatsApp group (with my permission) during the purchase process to enable us to reach them easily. We mostly liaised with Morgan and she was great, but also spoke to other members of the team along the way and couldn't fault any of them. Initially I had 3 pitches and quotes from agents and although FM weren't the cheapest I'm a big believer in 'you get what you pay for' and they didn't disappoint. The quality of the images/3d rendering and media presence was excellent. Ollie did a great job selling our property within a couple of weeks having managed to get plenty of people through the door, and always provided good and honest feedback.

GoogleWe have come across Frank Modern Estate Agents twice whilst looking for a new home away from London. We first met Callum, who was very amiable and informative about the area and property being presented. He later introduced and matched our ‘criteria’ to the potential property accordingly and ended up with our new-found home!
Morgan, on the other hand, was our guide and go-to person for any advise/inquiries relating to processing of papers including the solicitors (the hardest part, by far!).
Michael appeared to be the overall, impartial advisor to main and intricate issues we have encountered.
Overall, the team has helped us from start to finish and have gone over and beyond their scope of service. They were a blessing to us!

GoogleI spent 2 years trying to sell my house using a national (online) estate agent and a local agent. Both arranged multiple viewings over that time, but neither obtained a single offer. What both did do however was continually tell me that my house, which they’d priced, was over priced (both with very flimsy reasoning). After going on with Frank Modern, I’d received a total of 8 offers in just 6 days and ended up selling for more than my original asking price. GoogleI found myself in a position of selling a property that was 100 miles away under a difficult situation.To start with Michael who I had never met or heard of before was so helpful finding outside help such as decorators etc. Was extremely helpful with advice on the sale of the property.
After an offer had been accepted after only 5 days on the market, Morgan then took over. I have never experienced such continued communication , helpfulness from estate agents in the past and we have moved many times in our married life.
