Finally, an agent that is fair to sellers as well as buyers! This is exactly what the industry needs! The team at Frank Modern are exceptionally amazing, full of honest and genuine people! Everytime I have called, I have been given alot of their time and treated with alot of respect. OThe way they market properties is different to anyone I've seen before, so you're not only getting one of the best estage agents out there, your getting one of the good ones run by good people :) As a buyer, it's a big investment to buy a home especially in today's market, and Frank Modern really get that. They are very transparent which is rare to come across nowadays. I am quiet chatty, so I have got to know the team a little better over time. They have the right ethics, which many people in this industry don't have, and have always gone above & beyond what any agent would normally do for a buyer (or a potential seller). Micheal has been my contact for anything selling related, and he is extreamly efficient, knowledgeable & realistic in his approach. Callum is an asset to this company, and he is currently helping us look to buy. He is extreamly kind and friendly, while maintaing a proffesional manner. I always feel like I've called a friend because he will give you the most honest advice & alot of his time without asking for anything in return. As a family we want to say the service we received was excellent.!! Frank Modern went above and beyond our expectations & certainly much further than any other estate agents would have done. They were friendly, professional and extremely efficient in their handling of the property sales for both our sons . Our sons were travelling overseas during much of the sales process making communication difficult & involving out of hours work for the estate agents.Frank Modern were happy to help & nothing was too much trouble. When we stared our property search we had been to a number of property agents and we had a bitter experience from one of agents too. After a lot of searches we haven’t got a perfect match and at some point we thought of giving up. Frank modern were an excellent agent. Efficient, friendly, helpful and always available at the end of a phone or what's app. Morgan and all the staff we dealt with were really lovely and knowing there is always someone you can ask questions of or an update is priceless. We fell in love with a property and were keen to make an offer, and Morgan was so supportive! We tried a number of established estate agents before finding Frank Modern. Initial discussions were very matter of fact and realistic in terms of what we could expect as part of their service. From the start, there was a level of professionalism that we had not experienced from other agents. This was evident when the photographer arrived and proceeded to spend over 4 hours taking still and drone footage of our property, and which was complemented by a virtual walk through. However, the real stand out from this experience was Morgan. Having had a somewhat challenging time during our purchase, Morgan was able to manage the situation and keep all parties updated and onside. My wife and I chose Frank Modern, because it seemed more market-aware, more focused, more thorough, and more customer-oriented than the "big name" estate agent that had let us down badly in our attempt to sell our house. We were right in our assessment. Frank Modern is a highly professional outfit (it has a very competent team) and found a buyer for our house on the only viewing day that was needed. Furthermore, we were happy with the price that was agreed. Communication with us was good throughout the selling process, and Frank Modern was proactive in keeping us up do date - and the solicitors on their toes - during conveyancing. Charlotte and her colleague Michael valued our property higher than that we expected and they achived that price. Our property SSTC within a couple of weeks.
