We can’t praise Frank Modern enough! In what were some slightly unusual circumstances, Michael and Fiona worked exceptionally hard to sell our home, ensuring they regularly kept us updated on progress and kept a strong stream of potential buyers coming to our home. They far outperformed the lead agent in the sale, with a wider net of potential buyers, a more proficient and creative marketing strategy for the home and greater knowledge of the housing market as a whole. All of this while being genuinely nice people who were always very helpful and willing to answer all of our (many…) questions. We highly recommend Michael and the team. You will not be disappointed.

Would highly recommend using frank modern estate agents. I purchased house from them and they have been brilliant the whole way through the purchase giving me regular updates. The whole process was made far less stressful thanks to morgan as once my house was sold I didnt have no more contact from my estate agents and my solicitors wasnt great either. But we got there in the end and now in our dream house and location. Thanks again to everyone at frank modern estate agents

Five stars isn't enough! I can truly say I've never dealt with an estate agency with such fantastic customer service. The whole Frank Modern team are amazing. They are professional, proactive, friendly and great communicators. We've moved 6 times in the last 10 years and never had such excellent service including, accompanied viewings, fast feedback, daily updates and good liaison with the whole chain. Our move took just 6 weeks from putting in an offer to moving in!! With special thanks to Morgan, Michael and Fiona for making the whole experience as pleasant as it possibly could have been. Last time I moved was about 15 years ago. This move wasn't without its ups and downs but that wasn't down to Frank Modern it was problems higher up in chain. I was kept fully informed at all times as to the situation..on occasions Fiona and Morgan had to keep me calm it was stressful..but achieved sale eventually. IF I ever move again I would definitely use Frank Modern..on first viewing my house Michael was very honest on what needed doing to the house .. on the whole I found everyone professional and dedicated changed my view on estate agents! We chanced upon the Frank Modern agency after having just withdrawn our offer (which had been accepted) on another apartment with another agent, following discovery of misleading information in its sales brochure. Michael Parry went out of his way at short notice to enable us to view 94 Spring Avenue, Hampton Vale, which it turned out was exactly what we were looking for. In a nutshell, the whole team at Frank Modern are brilliant. Having never gone through the process of selling and buying at the same time, the team made what can be a very long, stressful process as simple and efficient as possible. At times I was a bit disappointed with initial conversations I had with other estate agents who didn't come across very passionate or personable, however the team at Frank Modern had both in abundance which helps build that trust. Where so we start with this fantastic company. First, the people, everyone we dealt with, especially Michael and Morgan, were upfront, honest and attentive to our needs throughout the whole process. Second, the technology and their processes were a breath of fresh air, from the initial strongly researched property sales history in our area, to the in detail photography (including drone) and subsequent presentation. Every step of the process was clearly explained and we felt so comfortable throughout. The WhatsApp group was a real help and another sign of them grasping the latest technologies to aid the whole process. The viewing generation was superb with lots of potential buyers sourced, we expected to sell earlier but we all remained confident that the right buyer for us would come and eventually they did. We have nothing but good to say about Frank Modern Estate Agents, we don't plan to ever move again but if we did we would be straight on the phone to them! Morgan is super supportive, passionate and thorough professional in her work and approach to complete a deal. From property viewing untill keys handover she maintained transparency, formed a closed WhatsApp Group and followed up with all stakeholders in a timely manner. We decided to use Frank Modern to sell our property in July 2025. We previously had used other high street agents to sell our previous house a few years ago and really didn’t have the customer service we were expecting. We had to chase for feedback and updates constantly. From meeting Frank Modern on the initial consultation to then photos and booking viewing it was very clear that they were a highly professional team and pride themselves on everything they do! I went with Frank Modern because they were slick, organised and gave me the confidence that they would out perform every other estate agent in the region. They did exactly that. We sold our house after the first set of viewings. They pulled our 3 sale / 4 house chain over the line in just over 9 weeks exactly when I needed them to. They were super professional, communicative and more than that, they were the emotional support I needed while going through one of the most stressful things we do as adults. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. From Charlotte showing our house relentlessly for hours on day 1, Ollie's leadership and Tracey's absolute relentless pushing for us to get over that exchange and complete line on time, I was genuinely astounded by the whole team. A first class experience from beginning to end. Genuinely, Mike’s approach to selling homes surpasses far beyond any other estate agents model I have engaged with. We had tried other local agents and then took our house off the market for some time. Before we took it off we had met Mike. I do not even know where to start to praise you enough. Super professional and friendly people. Fantastic communication/follow ups, answering all the queries immediately, answering all the question and great portal where you can track your viewings, offers made and updates on them. On top of that the best viewing experience I ever had, and I had quite few as been searching for property to buy for last couple of months. Plus, that human side that is so important when you are trying to buy your forever home. I was stressed, nervous and had lots of worries about the process and people working for FM were always helpful and understanding. From the initial conversation I had with Mike I knew the property was in safe hands. Within a week we had double digits worth of viewings lined up, and within 2 weeks we had several offers that represented a great uplift on what we paid for the property. I used Frank Modern to sell a property that had previously been on the market with another agent for over 8 months and the sale had fallen through. Frank Modern contacted me directly which I liked as it showed how proactive they are. I initially met with Olly who valued the property and he was confident about getting a sale and enthusiastic about how to go about it. He showed me their marketing pack and being in a creative job myself I particularly liked the extra mile they went with the photographs. Yes it did cost a bit more but the images showed so much more of the house. I decided it was worth a try. Olly assured me that they would get viewings on the first weekend it went live. I was honestly a bit sceptical but he was spot on! We had more viewings that first weekend than we'd had in almost 9 months with the other agent and we had 2 offers by the Monday morning. I then began speaking with Morgan who processed the sale through to completion. She was incredibly patient and was a great buffer between me and the buyers. She kept me informed every step of the way on what's app and managed to stop me from panicking! We had a few very minor hiccups along the way (as you do with any house sale) but she dealt with them quickly and efficiently and kept the whole sale on track. I highly recommend Frank Modern. Yes they were slightly more expensive than other agents in the area but they achieved everything they promised and we ended selling the property for more money than our previous failed sale. You definitely get more bang for your buck!!
