Twice we've rented through Brookdale and both times we've had a very positive experience. All admin and contact has always been dealt with in a very professional yet friendly manner, and repairs/maintenance were always carried out very quickly, often the same day in the case of heating and plumbing. We were kept informed every step of the way and allowed to speak directly with contractors to arrange times etc to fit in with our schedules. Some national letting agents can be quite impersonal but Brookdale have always been a pleasure to deal with and we'd have no hesitation in recommending their services to any prospective tenant.

I have been using the services of Brookdale Property Management to rent my property in Peterborough for close to 15 years and have been very impressed with all aspects of their service. They are extremely professional, they maintain regular communication and updates on the property, provide timely documentation and are extremely friendly and prompt to deal with. I have been living overseas for some time and they give total peace of mind that the property is in safe hands. Alongside the usual management of tenants coming and going and minor repairs and maintenance they have helped install a brand new kitchen all whilst I was on the other side of the world! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The staff at Brookdale have been fantastic and consistent throughout my time renting with them. As a first time renter I was absolutely dreading the renting process but it couldn't have gone any smoother. I was renting for just under 2 years and can honestly say I'm happy with the service I received as a tenant. I feel they are selective and careful with their landlords too as any time I had an issue(always minor and very rarely) Martyna in particular would arrange to get it fixed and the landlord responded quickly and efficiently. This tells me the staff are efficient too. I genuinely feel as a tenant that I was looked after by both ALL of the staff and landlord. I was never disturbed unnecessarily . The property felt homely and was well maintained by staff prior to moving in and with the upkeep of the maintenance in general I happily received a full refund on my deposit. I thought the whole process would be a lot more complicated than It actually was, viewed the property In the evening and applied for It next morning organised by the agent. The staff are friendly and organised, the inventory video was very detailed and all round, had no issues that I can think of (A family member who is a landlord was even impressed how they dealt with things). I haven't had too much communication with them since moving into the property, but any I have done has been responded to relative quickly & confident they'll be the same with any issues I might have in the future. Fees are not too bad, they were telling the truth when they said they'd be no additional fees so I would say It was good value for money

In my search for a new apartment for my fiancé and I, Brookdale wasn't a name that I first came across but I am very grateful that I did find them! Our initial viewing went very well, the person who showed us the apartment was very friendly and had the answers to every question we asked. He explained to us the application process and was happy to stay with us as long as we liked, but unfortunately had to rush off to another appointment! The team at the office we're also very helpful. We were running late for our appointment after having to rush around to get the documents we needed and allowed us to fill in the paperwork at the office. During the process, we had plenty of contact over the phone with the agency, and moved in just over two weeks later. The move in went very smoothly, and they happily allowed us to come in separately to sign forms because of my fiancé's work hours. Out of all of the agents we saw, Brookdale were by far the most accommodating to our needs and situation, the most helpful and the friendliest. My only negative feedback to give is the fact that they prefer to use email as a primary method of contact, which with us relying on our mobile internet and WiFi hotspots around the town, didn't really work for us and any important emails weren't able to be answered promptly. That only lasted for the first two weeks, and now that we have internet in our property, it isn't an issue at all. Thank you Brookdale for being so pleasant to work with!

Brookdale just re-let on of my properties again in a professional and timely manner. As a landlord I always feel confident that procedures will be followed to ensure we receive the properties back in a controlled way and fair condition. Brookdale work as good mediator between tenant and landlord if there are any issues. I'm also confident with the vetting procedure for tenants - they are not afraid to say no to applicants if finances don't stack up for secure rental income - or if references come back poor. I have very few void periods and in 11 years with them no bad debts

I have used Brookdale Management for the last fifteen years to let my property. I have always found them to be very efficient and friendly. I have always had excellent tenants and when one tenant leaves there has always been another one waiting to move in avoiding leaving the house empty for long periods. Brookdale Property Management managed my property for 7 years. Prior to this i had actually been with them as a tenant so i understood their vetting process very well which i found to be very fair and i really rated the way they treated me as a human being and not just a number. They found tenants for my property straight away and over the 7 years the place has never been empty for more than 3/4 months. I have never had a late/missed payment. I found them to be extremely proactive with informing me about any slight/major concerns they have picked up from the property inspections. I have always used their contacts for repair/maintenance work. Their contacts are all trust worthy and honest people who’s rates are very competitively priced. Over the 7 years i have spoken to most of the team, including the directors. They all want to help you and any matters are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. They always pick the phone up straight away, i have never been put on hold for more than a minute while they pass me through to a different department. Brookdale Property Management have always filled me full with their confidence and high levels of professional competence. I strongly recommend them to anyone i know that is looking for a property management company.

Brookdale Property Management is an excellent company. Efficient, competent, helpful who give excellent service. As a landlord we could not ask for a more proficient estate manager. We have complete peace of mind knowing that they will oversee the care of our property as if it was their own. They will make contact over any matter of concern and recently handled a changeover of tenants without any hassle whatsoever. We are new to this type of business and Brookdales have been thoughtful and considerate at all times always willing to take time and answer the simplest of questions.
