GoogleFor more than 20 years Brookdale have "looked after me" as a landlord and our tenants, that's the biggest compliment I can give them. There are never any big issues or dramas, if there is a problem they just sort it quickly, efficiently and without fuss. They also appear to have put together a reliable team of contractors who again just sort stuff. I would recommend them to anyone, tenant or landlord.

GoogleBe careful of this agency they will tell you to come to a viewing and then cancel just as you get there, very unprofessional. Especially when they take the property off the market the day before and you ring and ask if it still available and then tell you to still come. I would steer very clear of them as they will manage your property and if that is how they do the basics I would dread anything more. Lucky escape for us.

GoogleI have been using Brookdale Property Management for 26 years now have always found them to be outstandingly good at what they do. They are professional, polite and pleasant to work with. They answer the phone straight away when you ring, no waiting in phone queues. I have 13 properties with Brookdale property Management and I never have to worry that I may have forgotten something. They take care of everything They appear to me to have good record keeping for when things are due for example gas safety checks. They will deal with any maintenance issues or if I choose to they will ask me if I would like to deal with any issue arising. Some of which I like to do my self but some I prefer to use their contractors. I like having this choice. I made a decision to use an agent 26 years ago when I let my first property. I chose Brookdale Property Management as they appeared the best to me and I have never regretted my decision. I wouldn't want to be without them. Letting property doesn't come risk free but Brookdale Property Management take away a lot of the risks and help things run smoothly for both me and my tenants.

GoogleNo real dramas with our property this year but Brookdale have again provided excellent service in dealing with the regular issues (PAT, Gas Safety, etc.). They also carried out regular inspections and let us know when some re-decoration was required. GoogleReliable, helpful, informative, caring and look after tenants as well as landlords equally. We have always rented through Brookdale as far back as 2008 in 3 different properties. They are understanding of our needs with my husband am working permanent nights so are accommodating when inspections are due. Inspections are very thorough and any concerns they have are reported straight back to the landlord. Can’t fault them at all

GoogleVery happy with Brookdale’s service. I’ve had a poor experiences with other agencies historically. Meticulous inspections and thorough vetting of potential tenants is something other agencies just can’t compete with. Any issues and you’re always informed before any works take place. When I was a tenant, I wish I’d gone through Brookdale as their attention to detail, & efficiency in raising any issues to landlords means things are rectified very quickly. When I was a tenant under other agencies this never happened, my requests were ignored, I definitely can’t say the same of Brookdale (Source : allAgents)

GoogleI recently sold my rental property which has meant that I will nolonger use Brookdale for the management services, however if I were to let a property out again, I would without hesitation go back to Brookdale. My property has been managed by Brookdale since 2015. I have known very little about being a landlord but the whole team at Brookdale have been extremely helpful, ensuring I stay legal and compliant. As a management company they are focused on providing a fair and reasonable service to landlords and tenants alike. I was a previously a tenant in a property that Brookdale managed and I was extremely impressed with attention to detail. As a result of this, I was confident that my property would be looked after at all times. They have a close network of skilled trades that can resolve any property related issue. I had a situation where I was being messed about by British Gas - Brookdale liaised with British Gas, the tenants and in the end, their qualified engineer replaced the boiler. The team is very strong, professional and very approachable. Nothing is to much trouble for the team at Brookdale. Their focus to provide the best letting\/management experience is clearly evident. GoogleOutstanding service provided by Brookdale. All house issues were sorted almost same day by a friendly staff. Their communication is excellent and clear and they have always made it clear to us what is landlord vs tenant responsibility. When we moved out the property, they clearly explained to us what we should do in the property before the final inspection. Throughout the tenancy, they visit the house and we had the opportunity to point for issues that were taking to the landlord and it was repaired. Always extremely polite and helpful when contacting the office by phone, no matter who answers. I find it good that we have regular property inspections in order to keep in touch on a face to face basis.

They were really helpful and great in helping me find somewhere else to live. Whenever there have been maintenance issues, Brookdale are efficient in dealing with these, ensuring any issues that arise are resolved in a timely manner. Small local company with a low staff turnover makes them very consistent, organised, reactive and approachable. Was with a big agency before who were terrible, had to call 3 different call centres every time. This company is locally based which makes all the difference. We chose them because of good reports and reviews and it was a good decision. Excellent thanks.
