Was looking for my first flat and the one online i was originally looking at had unfortunately been taken but Curtis sent email with links to other properties within budget and helped to find the perfect place. Viewed property and within next couple days deposit was put down and paperwork signed and moved in within weeks after.. Curtis always responded to my emails and answered all questions and queries i had. I HAVE NOTHING TO FAULT! :D.. made it a very easy process for a first timer! poor service .pushy salesmen . don't send you offer letters when legally obligated to do so . then when you pull them on it they write one back date it months in past and make out it's your error not factoring that you can check file creation dates . highly discriminatory service . if you don't sign with them they aren't interested. continually lie to your face. managers ease drop on calls without consent . ignore calls when they're scared you're going to complain . steer clear of these cowboys lee , Connor and Chelsea especially . all spineless inexperienced shady characters just worried about targets rather than customer service

Was renting a property with Bairstow Eves for 5 years. They were very efficient at taking our deposit, fees and rent but that is where their talents end. The were terrible at collecting the references, my wife ended up driving to her work and getting a reference and taking it by hand to bairstow Eves by hand. Ending the tenancy was just as horrendous. If it wasn't for the fact we personally knew the landlord it would be a total loss. The landlord completed the final inventory check, not the letting agent. Me, my wife and the landlord are now chasing and pushing bairstow Eves to return our deposit. They only have to transfer it back as all the leg work has been done by everyone else. Am still waiting for my deposit after 11 days, when it should actually be returned within 10 days of the landlord confirming the return. Useless and frankly quite pathetic. Will not only not recommend, but have told everyone I know not to use them for lettings.

I was in the process of selling my property at the start of 2016, initially I was contracted with another Estate Agent, however regrettably their initial promises differed from the service delivery. At this point I chose to move the sale to Bairstow Eves. The service that they provided was to be of significant and substantial improvement; from the initial evaluation of the property, to a speedy sale and a quality “after care” package whilst the conveyancing was progressed- this was particularly comforting as the buyer’s solicitors were, to put it mildly, not the best. Were I still living in the Peterborough area I’d happily use this particular branch and team again. My thanks once again to the team for a job well done.
