GoogleI was in need of a valuation of a property done for Legality Purposes - - but wanted to stress at the outset to the agents in question I had no intention of selling the property.
Naturally, I was rather trepidatious of this, given to thinking that an estate agent would not be overly interested in a excursion with no sale to be made.
However, upon contacting Bairstow Eves Peterborough, I was visited upon appointment by the friendly professional Kieran. He was a credit to his employer, taking the time to conduct a thorough valuation and engage in helpful tips about renovations to the property over the years should I wish to proceed down this road. His service was exemplary and at no point did he attempt to ‘push’ a sale, offering a robust and professional service.

GoogleBairstow eves and their parent agency countrywide are very poor letting agency and property management. It takes 6 months to fix any reported problem.you never able to reach on phone and email responses - each time you have to convey your issue again as they do not refer ongoing email communication.The standard response awaiting for landlord approval and I think as per my landlady they do not even contain them properly. They never come for inspection and only time they visit at the time of letting start and end, sends loads of photos just to keep your letting deposit. I would request any landlord or tenant please do not chose or engage with them.

GoogleNon responsive, left numerous messages and sent emails, chased 4 months to get a response, did not get my money back for inventory fee for managing my property. I carried out the checks myself. I was given a lame excuse by branch manager and apparently from the regional manager that it's still chargeable even though I carried out the inventory checks myself. They feel like they can make what ever rules they like and help themselves to customers cash. Also, whilst my property was being managed their head office was the worst place to deal with.
