We were quite anxious about moving to a new place in the UK, as we weren’t familiar with the relocation process here. However, when we started searching for a flat in Peterborough through Rightmove, Karnelia made the entire experience completely hassle-free. She took care of everything, from arranging viewings and handling all the documentation to managing payments and ensuring a smooth key handover, with the utmost dedication and professionalism. I am truly pleased with her service and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free relocation experience. Thank you so much, Karnelia, for all your support and dedication!

I can’t recommend this letting agency highly enough, especially Kornelia. I was in a really unsettling position after being told I needed to vacate my current rental because the landlord decided to sell, which was incredibly stressful and left me feeling anxious about securing a new home in time. From the very first interaction, Kornelia was reassuring, professional and incredibly efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, even when my phone was playing up, she went out of her way to call me back multiple times to make sure nothing was missed, which I really appreciated. The whole process was impressively quick and well organised. I viewed the property on Saturday, paid the deposit on Monday, and thanks to fast referencing and clear, consistent communication from Kornelia, I’ve secured the house today on Wednesday. At a time when everything felt uncertain, Kornelia made the process smooth, transparent and far less stressful than I expected. I’m genuinely grateful for her support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both her and the agency to anyone looking to rent.

I’m really glad I had the chance to work with Alara. She actually approached me about marketing my property, and I couldn’t be happier that she did. She managed to find tenants even before the date I had requested, which was such a relief. Alara was incredibly quick and proactive. She worked overtime to take great pictures, arranged multiple viewings, and made sure the property reached a wide audience whilst keeping me in the loop with regular updates. Her effort and energy were clear from the start, and it really paid off. Thanks again!

A big thanks to Ella and Fiza who have been fantastic with my house purchase so far. One of the most stressful things to navigate and they have helped take so much of the stress out of the equation. They are courteous and professional but more importantly extremely efficient and most timely with email communication and getting on with making things happen quickly. I highly recommend these agents.

Bairstowes are the best estate agents in Peterborough. The whole team is extremely helpful, especially Ella Lee, Fiza, and Max (the broker). They supported me every step of the way, and in a very short time I became the owner of a three-bedroom house. I highly recommend the Bairstowes team, especially for first-time buyers, as I am a first-time buyer myself.

When searching for out gem, Fizza has been very helpful, patient and attentive to detail on the hat we are after. We also dealt with Ella who arrived early and waited outside to make sure we got the right house. They both have listened attentively to our builder and took feedback well. I’d recommend viewing with Fizza or Ella.

Lauren came over and gave an appraisal of the house while we were on the market, I don't normally like many estate agents, however Lauren was very professional whilst being approachable. Everything we discussed was brilliant, and she went out her way to look at properties for us to view. Lauren is an asset to Bairstow Eve's!! If we go back on the market with our house, Lauren and Bairstow eves will be one of our first calls.

What can we say? Bairstow have been exceptional, in particular Kacey, Lauren and Fran. We have had highs and lows, but have come away feeling we were listened to, empathised with, and full of confidence that all our queries and decisions have been listened to. We are (hopefully) nearly at the end of our journey, but would highly recommend Bairstow Peterborough to anyone thinking about buying or selling a property!

Had a great experience, Max Delandro was especially knowledgable and personable, offering expert guidance in a way that was easy to understand even for first time buyers. Would highly recommend this mortgage broker service.

We have been treated with honesty and transparency by all at Bairstow Eves Peterbrough, especially Lauren who has given us weekly updates and advice. Our property is a one off and we knew would be a niche market, but we are getting increased viewings which I'm sure is down to the relentless calls made by Lauren and others. Thanks, it will sell we know it will. Nigel and Tina Powell
