We are currently in our first week with our rental with Bairstow Eves. Couldn't thank Curtis enough for such a smooth move in during a global pandemic! There were no hiccups, no problems and if anything came up, Curtis was on it straight away. Strongly reccomend renting through Bairstow Eves if you want great customer service and a smooth move in. Thanks again! Lucy Mitson and Lewis Percival.

After experiencing various disappointments with other companies, we responded to a letter sent out from this estate agent. We listened to Francesca, the branch manager's advice, and had an acceptable offer on the 2nd viewing! And we are ready to move into our new home very soon. All the team are efficient and friendly, and we would definitely recommend them. A big FIVE STAR thank you to you all.

When inviting Bairstow Eves out to value, what stood out the most was the time and effort they put into the valuation and for me to understand how the current market is. Other local agents just came out and told me what I wanted to hear and valued the property higher but informed me I would have to reduce instantly if no interest comes from it. Happy to say I selected Bairstow Eves and I had 3 offers in 2 weeks and we managed to sell slightly higher than the asking price. Thanks again Fran.
