I tried to change my bank account which sent a few months before renewal of contract followed by a few emails to the branch manager Emma, still for some reasons it didn't updated. I called their accounts department a few times and the branch. After all the time spent, finally, the rent was transferred with over a week delay.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Efficient lettings service, reliability guaranteed over 25 years dealing with them as a landlord. Their Lettings agents are very professional and eager to assist with constant updates on progress of letting status which are provided unsolicited and are conducted in a friendly manner making them really easy to engage with. I have recently sold my mum's house and couldn't have asked for more from this estate agents.9 viewings first day and then sold brilliant team effort.Used their conveyancing service and this was also outstanding.
