GoogleTook them a year to replace or broken heating system as long as your paying your rent they don't care will never use this estate agent again . This is a add on to the comment after moving out from the property and and spending 400 pounds on painting the property and putting the property back to better condition then when I moved in now I have to go through my deposits to get my 650 back as they want to keep the whole 650 what a joke 4 years and 27000 pounds later avoid at all costs

GoogleOur daughter was struggling to pay the rent on her flat and moved back with us with the intention of selling. However a chat to Tom Poulson of Bairstow Eves Lettings changed our minds. We spoke for the first time on Feb 27 and signed up to rent the flat rather than sell. He found us a first class tenant who moved in within three weeks. so it is already earning for us. I am pleased with the rapid result and with Tom's professionalism and knowledge of the rental market in Peterborough. I recommend any would-be landlord to speak to him.

GoogleI got an appointment for viewing a flat, got even call just before meeting if I'm coming. I confirmed everything, when I came for the arranged time there was no over there. No one picking up the calls or letting me know that is not going to turn up.
